Laid-back Clearwater Beach is known for its namesake stretch of soft, white sand, which draws visitors year-round for jet-skiing, parasailing, and stand-up paddleboarding in its calm waters. Cyclists and rollerbladers glide along a winding beachfront promenade lined with casual seafood restaurants and cafes. Come sunset, Pier 60 hosts a nightly festival with street performers and craft vendors.
We recommend renting a car since it’s the most practical way of getting around. We have plenty of free parking as well. If you’d like to use public transport, there is a bus stop (Jolley Trolley) right next to the rental.
Clearwater has a noise ordinance from 10PM to 7AM. Please keep noise down after 10PM.
The pool closes at 10:00 P.M
Please rinse off after the beach before entering the room.
Dumpster is located near unit 136 (on the parking lot).
Not allowed:
- Smoking in the room (including cannabis) $250 cleaning fee will be applied
- Unregistered guests
- Loudspeakers at the pool as we do pipe in house music.
We do not have a front desk. For record purposes, we communicate through Airbnb messages only. In case of emergencies, you can contact us by phone.
Check-in time is at or after 4 p.m. Check-out is at or before 11 a.m.
There is no daily housekeeping service. Bedding, bath towels, and basic bathroom supplies, including toilet paper rolls, are provided at check-in. Additional housekeeping is available for an additional $50 fee.
Double-check your dates and the amount, and carefully read the full cancelation policy before completing your booking. By booking this Airbnb, you fully agree to the cancelation policy. Under no circumstances will we be able to change the cancelation policy or change the reservation.
Do not flush ANYTHING except for TOILET PAPER in the toilet. Paper towels, feminine hygiene products, or trash will clog the pipes. If you clog the toilet, we will charge you a plumbing fee. The plumbing fee starts at $300
The number of guests is defined as the number of guests on the reservation. No additional person staying is allowed at the property.
Smoking is prohibited (even if it's medical cannabis). You agree to a $500 penalty for smoking on the property.
You are not permitted to hold a party or make unreasonable amounts of noise. Speakers are not allowed anywhere on the property. If you hold a party on the property, disturb the neighbors, or the police are called for any reason, you agree to vacate the rental immediately with no refund for unstayed days.
You allow us access to the property for maintenance, repair, and inspection and confirm that the correct number of guests is staying.
We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses while on the property. We are also not responsible for the loss or damage of your personal belongings or valuables. By accepting the reservation, you undertake that all guests expressly assume the risk for any harm arising from using the property or others they invite to use it.
Keep all personal items and valuables inside the Airbnb. Anything you leave outside, including towels, clothes, or floats, might be discarded.
You must be 21 or older to book the rental.
Do not leave any personal belongings behind you after check out. We do not ship forgotten items.
Accidents happen. Please let us know if anything breaks during your stay so we can fix it or replace it before the next check-in. Most of the time, there won't be any consequence if you inform us about it.
Please do not take anything with you from the rental that doesn't belong to you. We could consider it theft, and we could involve law enforcement.
We do not provide washcloths. We do not consider it sanitary.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left at the bag storage. Please leave your belongings at your own risk.
The pool closes at 10 p.m. and reopens at sunrise.
Please log out of any subscriptions on the TVs. We are not responsible for any charges to your account and won't be able to log you out. You may change your password to do it remotely.
