Hyggelig betjening. Mørkt på rommet og stille ved søvn. Jeg synes ikke det er 5 stjerners hotell fordi gulvtepper er slitt og det ga meg ikke helt topp score følelsen, men absolutt fornøyd. Maten på restauranten er ganske smakløs og i øvre prisklasse for å være på Malta. Det samme gjelder is, kaffe, drinker osv. Rengjøringspersonalet er meget vennlige og flinke, men mye støv under sengen. Jeg bestilte tilstøtende rom for barna. Sengene deres var litt harde å ligge på.

Generelt ok hotell Informasjon pånhotellet var mangelfull, vi bodde i suite hvor minibar var inkl dette ble først informert om ved utsjekk. Resturanter som ble informert om var åpne var stengt. Maten i resturant Le Bistro varierte veldig i kvalitet fra fantastiske blåskjell til en T bonesteak som ikke var spisbart.

Nydelige rom, balkong med havutsikt. Super frokostbuffet, fine fasiliteter med basseng både ute og inne. Veldig hyggelig personale. Gangavstand til uteliv, forretninger og restauranter. Greie kjøreavstander til Valletta, Medina og Gozo.

Flott hotell!
Hotellet var bedre enn forventet! Utrolig store og flotte rom. Det eneste vi kan trekke for var at prisen for frokost var litt stiv. Ellers var dette noe av det beste av hotell som jeg har bodd på.

Super beliggenhet
Veldig bra hotell med flott beliggenhet. Balko ng med havutsikt er en stor fordel og koster naturlig nok ekstra. Lunsjrestauranten Edge var vel så god som "middagsrestauranten" Le Bistro. Tepper på rommene trekker ned.

Hotellet har det aller meste. 6-7 min. å gå til stort utvalg av restauranter og butikker. Mulighet for mange timers gåtur langs sjarmerende, snirklete kystlinje.

Kjempeflott hotell og eget område for gjester. Helt inntil havet. Bra stil og veldig moderne og fint. Veldig fornøyd med alt. Fin strand 10 min gange. Et godt stykke til Valletta og Sliema, men nær til Paceville (partystrøk).

Slitent men veldrevet
Dette er et noe slitent hotell som er litt preget av mangel på vedlikehold og fornyelse. Men personalet er godt trente og svært vennlige. Frokosten har heller laber kvalitet. En del av matvarene som er tilgjengelige, som kjøttpålegg, grønnsaker og brød er langt fra ferske. Eller rene. Velger du å betale for middagsbuffen, vil du oppdage at utvalget er begrenset og gjestene få. Av naturlige grunner. Rommet er stort, men også dette slitent og vi var en del plaget med støy fra omgivelsene. Hotellet selges som et 5 stjerners hotell. Det er nok for høyt.

Good service etc., which is what I would expect from a Radisson Blu resort hotel. However, the management let themselves badly and put non-residents before residents one night, by hiring out the dinning area overlooking the pool and sea for a mega corporate dinner event with music which didn't start until 9:00. Residents had been bared from the area from around 4:30pm. This event should have been held in the hotel's large ballroom. Many residents' complained but I suspect that won't stop the hotel management allowing similar bookings at another time. It was a really poor decision by the hotel Management.

In the indoor pool and the outdoor pool there is chunks of hair and in the indoor pool it had both hair and dirty tissue. House keeping staff weren’t to great at completing jobs in rooms, glasses not collected bins not emptied. Staff around the pool were rude apart from on young girl. Not enough transportation around the hotel unless you did taxis consistently.

The team were welcoming and helpful across the board. The property is in very good condition and although at a walking distance from dining and shopping options but the hotel itself is somewhat secluded being at the end of a private road which lacked the surrounding entertaining ambience other 5-star hotels around had.

5 star resort all the way. spotless pools, with always free sunbeds and towels provided. the cleaning of the rooms in our case was done on request in the late afternoon (16:30/17) without problems. the room was beautiful, spotless and spacious. very close on foot and by taxi to the nightlife area. recommended to all. on the last day we asked for a little more time and they gave us a complimentary late check out of 1 hour beyond the time limit. also, the staff at the reception and the staff in the luggage room are the friendliest people I have ever met.

We really loved our 6 nights stay. It was very nice food, room service and burger was a bit expensive. The room was cleaned inside. The building is constantly cleaned, outside and near pools. Wet bar is fantastic. It was really nice.

Amazing hotel, lovely location and staff were wonderful. Facilities were great. The only minor downside was housekeeping were not the best at cleaning but we were 3 women so there was a lot to clean around to be fair!!!! Definitely stay here again x

The breakfast service was very good, the staff were excellent and very supportive throughout our 7 day stay. This was certainly one of the highlights of our trip with a big shout out to Manuel who was an excellent front of house. In general the property was clean and well maintained. One critique I have relates to the room that we chose with a hot tub on the balcony. This needed resetting on several occasions to get it to function properly and the front area of the tub had seen several repairs previously. In fact one of the loops to hold the lid down in strong winds came away easily when trying to refix the lid after use. This was repaired with some duct tape by one of the on site engineers. Another critique relates to one set of sliding doors in the room. Due to strong winds on our last few days a rattling noise was very noticeable which kept us awake. This was down to some poor maintenance and broken fixings on the sliding doors which had to be temporarily fixed using screws during our stay. Not a major headache but not something you think you have to get resolved whilst staying in a premium hotel. The one issue with our stay was a contingent of guys in thier early 20's who would have been better placed on a an 18-30's holiday not a premium hotel where numerous families were staying. Later on several afternoons they congregated around the pool in a large cluster which would have been intimidating for certain guests. This caused complaints to the hotel staff.

There are couple of feedbacks I would like to share with you about our experience with our stay. Postive side: - Lovely welcome wine at our hotel room - Good maintenance team on site and offer spare room for quick shower while the air conditioning was not working. - Good room service and when there is a request from the guests such as toothbrushes. - Fresh apple, cookies, and flavoured water near the Receiption. - Car rental service and airport pickup service. - Excellent restaurant services and the sushi and seafood are very nice with a very reasonable price. I had been served by Suri and Maurice. Area for improvement: - The first night we arrived very late, the air condition was not working. While the maintenance team was hoping to offer us alternative room, I was told there is no room available despite I asked if we can have two smaller rooms to stay for the first night till the aircon is fixed. This is really troublesome and disturbed for our sleep at night not till 3am. - The 3rd night alarm went on around 3am in the morning. When we found out it was false alarm, it went on again around 4am. Our next whole morning was pretty much wasted to recover our sleep. - Breakfast scramble egg with poor quality, my daughter refused to eat. Watermelon was not sweet which indicates it may not be very fresh. - Indoor pool toilet and shower rooms are not very clean and smelly. I can understand this is due to large number of guests, but could help by increasing frequency of cleaning.

We stayed 29/07 until 05/08 with 2 adults and 2 children (11 & 14) . Lovely clean rooms and we were able to get adjoining rooms which made the stay much easier. Pools were great and there were always sun loungers available. We ate in the restaurants a couple of times and food was lovely. Breakfast is pricy but lots of choice. Hotel in a great location if you want to be near St Julian's but far enough away to not hear it - takes about 10 mins to walk in. Regular buses to Valetta and Sliema just outside the door. We will come back.

Sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nahe dem "Trubel". Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein, da für Malta offensichtlich typisch, das Hotel nur über eine bergige Strecke erreichbar ist. Für uns war dieses Hitel die absolut richtige Entscheidung.
