The property is a fully refurbished apartment within a gracious town centre Victorian building. Originally build as a family home for a local dignitary, it later became their offices and then our offices. Following retirement we have changed the top floor back to residential. It is very spacious, with lovely high ceilings and Victorian features.
The apartment has double glazing and central heating.
There is a kitchen, dining and sitting area with TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, oven, gas hob and fridge, the freezer along with a clothes washer/dryer is in the adjoining utility room.
There is a separate work area.
There are 4 full-size double bedrooms, one has a king bed whilst the other 3 have standard doubles. Each bedroom has a bedside chest, lamp, mirror and clothes hanging.
There is a hairdryer, iron and ironing board provided for guests.
There are two bathrooms, one with a walk in shower and wash basin, the second is the main bathroom with a shower over the bath, a basin and loo. There is a second separate loo.
WiFi, automatic lighting to lobby and landing.
One forecourt parking space may be available by negotiation depending on your dates.
Please note there are no toddler facilities or stair guards for young children so we do not accept groups with toddlers. We have provided some children’s games for the older child.
