This is an amazing hotel! Our room was spacious and lovely. The there vending machine and washing machine in different floors of the hotel. Super convenient. Recommend washing small amount at a time since the dryer isn't the best. The hotel is close the the Shinjuku Station and lots of restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay here.

I would definitely go back and I plan on it. It was such a great place to stay and pretty walkable to all the transportation you’ll need. Even if you decide to just walk around, it’s a great place to stay. They were also so accommodating because I didn’t have a ticket to get on the bus to go back to the airport but they made it happen anyway. I still had to buy the ticket but it was very easy, cheap, and they didn’t have to go out of their way so it was nice.

The hotel is beautiful, they provide you with multiple toiletries, breakfast buffet is great with multiple options to choose from. Rooms are spacious compared to others we stayed in Tokyo. Unfortunately the bed was really small for us being a family of 3, but most beds are small in Tokyo, but very comfortable bed, clean room and the hotel also very clean. They clean every day which is a plus, and the best part is location, excellent location.

Great base for Tokyo - so close to Shinjuku and all that it offers plus so easy to get the train all over the city. Room was very hot to begin with but ac worked well. As others mentioned small but compact rooms but not an issue if you’ve done even the slightest bit of research about hotels in Tokyo. Would def stay here again for a great base to get around and see all Tokyo has to offer.

I have been staying at this property for over 10 years when I come to Japan. It’s my favorite property because the property is conveniently located amongst great transportation and shopping. I had a quite disturbing experience when I was lining up at the front desk to ask about their takkyubin services. When it was my turn an older gentleman with salt and pepper hair color asked me in a disrespectful voice “check in?” I was taken aback by this. Since I am able to speak in Japanese fluently, I started speaking in Japanese and noticed that his attitude changed completely! I felt that he didn’t want to speak in English and just wanted to direct me to a check-in kiosk. Not all Asians are Chinese and that there are American-Japanese as well. I understand that there are many types of foreigners however, treating guests with kindness is important in any hospitality business in my opinion.

It was located in a prime location next to one of the Shinjuku subway entrances. It was very clean and the staff was friendly! Of course the rooms were small but I expected that so I wasn’t surprised. I would definitely stay again!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Great location! Located right next to the a Tokyo metro line and across from the JR lines, this hotel is very convenient. It’s very close to shopping malls and lots of food. It’s also right next to a McDonald’s and a Family Mart. They hotel entrance and lobby is beautiful. The check-in process was very easy. It’s all done on a computer and you do it yourself. They have a wide range of amenities located outside the elevator for you to grab what you need. The room itself is fairly small but that’s no surprise to hotels in Tokyo. The room is a little bit outdated but that didn’t bother us. There are also laundry machines on a few floors where you can check updates on it from your room TV. That is a great way to check if the laundry machines are available, and when your clothes are done being washed and dried. Plus is that the airport limousine stops by this hotel for a pick up and drop offs from and to the airport. No more lugging your baggages around the subway stations. I highly recommend taking the airport limousine as it’s super convenient, cheap, and fast. Can’t recommend his hotel enough.

Room is dirty. Bedding is terrible dirty. After I got shower and ready for bed. The moment I remove the cover sheet and find out bedding sheet is dirty with red and black spot. Call house keeping but no one work at night. Receptionist has to come to my room and change bedding sheet. Once he pull the bedding sheet, the bedding pad is even worst. I ask them to change my room and that is 12 am and I don’t have good sleep as I even find out bed bugs in the previous room.

Since this is a self check-in facility, we did not have much chance to interact with staff. Personally, I would appreciate more hospitality from the staff as this hotel is not cheap, I have paid $230 a night on my last night, therefore, I expected more services. The location of this hotel is great, it's close to the JR line south exit and there's a metro station next to the hotel.

I would recommend this hotel to others. Its location to Shinjuku Station is exceptional - you can access trains, buses & taxi’s at the station making transportation so simple. As the majority of hotels room size in Japan is small - my family of 3 were comfortable. Within walking distance to McDonald’s, Wendy’s, 7-11 and coffee cafes - satisfying hunger - a family with young children and just wanting a quick bite or snack after returning from your day’s adventure.

The hotel lobby is fairly nice. Check in and checkout process was easy and straightforward. The rooms were gross and not well maintained. This was the worst hotel room we booked of four hotels on our trip to Japan.

Great place for my first visit to Tokyo - walking distance from major transport hub Shinjuku and from many eating, drinking and nightlife options. Quiet at night despite central location. Skip breakfast and seek local options - the cooked breakfast isn’t great, as you’d expect. Other than that, great hotel.

I specially like to commend the staff which was very helpful to my queries. I asked if I could leave our luggages after we check out because we still had to go to Sanrio Puroland and they happily accommodated my request. Hotel is really close to almost everything and the train stations. Room is tiny but enough for 2 people. Bed and pillows are good. Room was very clean. And the bus limousine stops at hotel which is so convenient. Would definitely stay here again!
