We stayed at this amazing hotel during our stay in Sedona! We were greeted with a smile and the staff were all so friendly and helpful! There was a nice hike close by and many amenities! Everything we wanted to do was minutes away as well!

Loved the amount of space we had. Decor was a little dated & lighting was kind of dim, but overall it was great for relaxing. The view from the room was amazing.

The Hilton Vacation Club was the perfect property for my family's spring break. There were several pools and hot tubs to enjoy and stunning views of the surrounding red rocks from our balcony. My kids enjoyed the on premise activities (i.e. ping pong, foosball, painting/crafts, etc.) and the fitness room had everything I need. Our king bed suite had plenty of room and the kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast and lunch (we chose to eat out for dinner). The property was just a short drive to downtown Sedona and very close to several hikes.

We needed to use the pull out bed for the kids (teenagers). Although you never expect much with a pull out, this one was clearly damaged, many loose bolts, and the frame was shaped like a ‘w’. We called the front desk and they said they would send someone right away, an hour past, I called again, another 1/2hr someone showed up. His boots were all wet and snowy, I had to ask him to take them off as he stepped on the carpeted area. He tried his best to make the bed better but it was beyond repair. They offered to switch us rooms after that but it was late and were all ready for bed, the kids said they were ok to sleep on it. The next morning our toilet stop working. They removed the resort fee and upgraded us for our 2nd night. It was a nice room. Again we needed to use the pull out, no blankets this time. We called the front desk for blankets. Waited a 1/2hr and called again. This time they said they were out of blankets and were all in the wash, 40 minutes before they would be ready. They offered to bring us extra sheets right away as alternative. The next morning about 6:30am the smoke detector starting beeping every 2mins. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone right away. After a 1/2hr past I unhooked the smoke alarm and removed the back up battery. Another 1/2hr past and I called and told them not to bother sending anyone. I asked for rate reduction, they couldn’t do anything and gave the me the managers contact info. They never got back to me.

Great stay at Hilton Vacation Club. Room was clean and comfortable. Resort is located just outside of Sedona and is quiet and in a beautiful area with great views of the Red Rocks. The staff were very helpful, lots of activities offered and multiple pools and hot tubs. Would definitely stay here again.

It would be nice if guests with children could be placed on the ground floors. We were woken up every morning by children yelling, running and jumping so hard the light fixtures were shaking and the dishes in our kitchen were rattling.

I booked this through Expedia. When they predicted winter weather for our last day, we asked to leave 1 day early. Even with a 24 hour notice we were denied. I was told by Expedia it was the properties responsibility. I was told by the property it was Expedias responsibility. Either way, I will not ever use Expedia nor stay at a Hilton Club property. I have been a Hilton Honors member for years and was denied points by booking through expedia. Very disappointed no one took our personal safety seriously. I know we could have left but we would have had to pay for another night at a different hotel and spend an additional money. Not a good experience for us.

No convenience items at the property, no snacks and such. Suite was fairly old and worn-out. Dishes and coffeee maker were not clean. Someone had smoked in it for years, and had a dog we could tell by the allergens we felt. Staff were good. We wanted to shorten our stay by a day and could not, due to booking via Expedia. So, thumbs down Expedia and this location. Also did not like the sales pitch for the time share when trying to check in, it was bad timing.

Overall, we loved the property for its outdoor pool, hot tubs plus hammock and recreation area. Our unit was also very comfortable, with the exception of the bed /mattress which sagged in the middle, so a little old for our liking.
