Check on was 3pm, room wasn't ready till 4. Room one, key wouldn't work. 2nd attempt, keys didn't work again. Bed sheets stained, and bugs on the walls. Complained. Switched to a different room, second room, same stains on bed, bugs on the walls, so we decided to cancel and go elsewhere.
Update: no refund given, even when rooms aren't ready on time, or if they're filthy and you decide to cancel. They told me the reservation was cancelled, provided me with a ref #. and told me to call Expedia for refund. Expedia apparently asked them for a refund, which they wouldn't do. Staff clearly lies. Worst hotel experience I have ever encountered. I wouldn't even let my dog stay in this hotel.
