This house is all about the view, which is incredible. We enjoyed our stay. the house is well appointed and comfortable. The only thing I would mention is that is located behind a restaurant and you have to find it, it’s on a dirt road, so it was a bit confusing at first. But once you’re in the house, all of that is irrelevant. However, I would like to have known the location so I was not surprised when we pulled up.

Fabulous location
This is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in! The view is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the house is clean and updated. The kitchen is well stocked and they provide beach towels and other needed enmities. The managing company is phenomenal and very responsive. I love the fact they meet you at the house and answer any questions you might have. Highly recommend this house and we will be back.

Views are great. A family of dolphins swam past a couple times each day. Saw an occasional sea lion/harbor seal. Although house is a 3 bedroom, only fits 4 people comfortably.

The view is phenomenal, the house is fine
The property manager required meeting us in person to check us in and then had to come back and walk through before we could leave. We had already paid in full, so I don’t know why we has to be evaluated in person before they would hand over the keys. They already had a damage deposit, so I don’t know why they had to check us out in person. That being said, Joseph, the man who checked us in and out was nice and accommodated our request to arrive a bit early and stay an hour after check out. We appreciated that. The process made us feel like they were sure we couldn’t be trusted, but Joseph was nice about it (the process was the problem, not him personally). The value of this place is the unbelievably gorgeous view. The deck is huge and has everything you need for outdoor living: deck chairs, a gas fire pit, a large hot tub, a heated outdoor shower, a gas grill, an umbrella, and a picnic table. The deck is what makes this house worth the high cost. The house itself is fine. The bedrooms are cramped with oversized headboards and lamps, but no place to set anything down. Given how small the bedrooms are, even having two foldable luggage racks per room would really help. The bathrooms have only one hook on each with no place to hang towels to dry and very little counter space. The kitchen is well equipped for the most part, but baking isn’t easy, since there is no electric hand mixer. There’s no place to sit indoors to eat other than the kitchen bar top (two) stools, so if you want to eat indoors you have to move sofas to one side of the room, set up an ancillary table, then pull the large wooden patio chairs into the house. All that is to say that if the weather is nice and you can live outside, the deck and the view are breathtaking, but if the weather is bad and you can’t live on the deck, then the house itself isn’t worth the steep price point. You’re paying for that deck/view and its incredible! We had a wonderful week with perfect weather!

An Unforgettable Beachfront Living Experience
We stayed 4 nights at this property and we were delighted with all of the special amenities. From the welcome cookies, bottled waters and fresh fruit...to the incredible outdoor fire pit and hot tub. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with the cookware and serving essentials needed to prepare meals every day. Each of the three bedrooms had comfortable king beds and individual fans. Beach towels, chairs, toys and blankets were a nice surprise. My favorite time of each day was watching the sunset on the deck next to the fire pit and watching all of the pelicans flying by. We have hundreds of pictures and life long memories of this amazing beachfront home. Thank you for all the extra nice touches! Roxanne and family (5-22-22)

A Beautiful home, with beautiful views
The home is beautiful and the view is amazing. Joseph was very helpful and responsive with check in and with needs as they arose. It's located in a little neighborhood with some cool shops and restaurants. The home itself is great, open layout with doors that open on to the back deck and garden patio. A very nice place and nice stay.

Home was exactly as advertised and Joe was so easy to work with checking in and out of the home. Can not beat the view and vibe of outdoor patio and location is perfect for walking into downtown Ocean Beach and around Sunset Cliffs.

Stunning views and outdoor space
Our family enjoyed our stay at this lovely beachside property. Everything was new and clean and we had all the amenities we needed for a weeklong stay. Joseph was easy to communicate with and I appreciated having him meet us upon check in and walk us through the house. Same with checkout - nice to hand over the keys and know that everything was settled upon checkout. The neighborhood itself was a great base for exploring San Diego. Do note that the bedrooms are all along one side of the house and each have sliding doors instead of doors that seal - so if there are snorers in your group they might be heard by the light sleepers so maybe bring earplugs :) I would definitely stay here again!

The best vacation
We had a fabulous stay and loved this house. The view is beyond incredible, the outdoor space is perfect, and the hot tub is great. The house itself was spotless and spacious. We loved the neighborhood and walked to dinner at nearby restaurants every night. The house manager was so friendly, helpful, and just a phone call away. Can't wait to return!

The views are it! Loved sitting out on the deck with the fire pit and the waves crashing below. The property manager Joseph, was available 24/7 to answer questions. Thank you, Joseph. For some reason I thought there was a fireplace indoors, there is but that is for looks. Also, the swimming icon is for ocean swimming in Ocean Beach not at the house but there is an incredible hot tube at the edge of the cliff. Will return!!
