The Propery was lovely, probably the nicest caravan I have ever stayed in although lacking some personal touches which you would think an owner would consider such as nicer plumer pillows (and more of!), a small airer to place outside to dry clothes. Ensure that all tv's etc are checked before occupancy as tv in bedroom didn't work due to previous occupants having taken the airal lead!!? We did inform, however this wasn't sorted during our stay leading to arguments about who could watch the lounge tv (adults or kids!!) and we couldn't access the internet at all very well. Small lamp in the living room would have been nice for cosy evenings and I think on balance I would book a caravan again with a surrounding patio for that extra space. Overall it was a nice caravan but the customer service was terrible at Park Dean, all young adults who didn't have a clue. Terrible waiting times to just get a coffee, long queues and no communication for use of the swimming pool. Everyone complaining. Just really terrible, spoiled the holiday in some ways. Only saving grace was two lovely meals out on the Rye Road (The Kings Head) and (the Oust), great service and great food!
