Vi valgte dette hotellet på grunn av beliggenheten. Det fungerte veldig fint for voksne og barn. Frokosten var cornflakes, ristet brød, marmelade og nutella. Deilig med god plass å slappe av i etter vektige dager med sightseeing. Brukte terrassen mye på kveldene. Kjekt med kaffemaskin rett ved terrassen. Anbefales, men ikke for familier med vogn! Behjelpelig personale!

Anbefales!
Fint hotell i gåavstand til alt som er viktig å se i Roma. Hyggelig og serviceinnstilt personale. Enkelt å komme seg til og fra flyplass, både med taxi og tog. Hadde bodd der igjen.

Vi bodde på hotellet i 3 dager i forbindelse med vårt opphold i Roma. Hotellet lå praktisk til med kort beliggenhet til det meste. Vi var 6 stykker på tur, og rommet skulle i utgangspunktet holde til alle, men var både litt kronglete og upraktisk på grunn av trappetrinn og at 3 stykker måtte sove i stuen. Det ble litt i trangeste laget, men i og med at vi kun sov og spiste frokost der, gikk det greit. Ved en eventuell ny tur til Roma, vil det absolutt være aktuelt å bruke dette hotellet igjen, men dersom alle skal være med, vil vi vurdere å ha to rom i stedet.

Sentralt og stor leilighet
Sentralt plassert, severdighetene er i nærheten og shopping rundt gatehjørnet. Leiligheten var stor, minuset er sengen... den var i hardeste laget for en gravid. Vi kommer til å bruke Dolce Vita Residence også ved en senere anledning.

Sentralt familievennlig leilighetshotell
Et veldig sentralt leilighetshotell med fine familievennlige rom. Hotellet har få servicetjenester og ingen servering, men det er heller ikke nødvendig når plasseringen er midt i Roma. Hotellet ligger i rolige omgivelser uten særlig støy og det er kun noen få skritt bra frokostrestauranter.

Meget hyggelig og hjelpsomt personell. Beliggenhet i Roma var helt ypperlig for vår del som reiste med 3 barn. Rene rom, med en akseptabel standard sett med nordiske øyne.

Kjempefin, sentral Residenze ved Piazza Venezia
Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt ved Piazza Venezia. Vi spiste frokost i leiligheten, men lunsj og middag ute. Butikken ligger 500 meter unna. Personalet er supersøte og veldig hjelpsomme, resepsjonistene, nattevakten og de som vasker. Vi var tidlig i kontakt med hotellet for å undersøke om hotellet hadde rullestol å låne ut i tiden vi var der. Det hadde de ikke, men satte oss i forbindelse med ett firma som som vi leide av. Hotellet kunne bare sagt nei og latt væte å gjøre noe. Vi bodde i en 3 roms leilighet i 4. etasje. Leiligheten hadde et godt utrustet kjøkken. Det var ett bad med dusj og ett toalett. Det var airkondisjen i alle rom. I etasjen vi bodde var det en terrasse/røykerom. Der satt vi ofte med kaffekoppen. Det var heis som var viktig for oss. Renholdet bar bra. Jentene var innom hver dag. En dag vi gikk ut hadde vi ikke rukket å vaske opp. Da vi kom hjem, var oppvasken tatt. Vil jeg anbefale andre å bo det? JA. Det er kjempesentralt og folka er hyggelig. Det er koselige restauranter rett utenfor døra.

Meget bra! Ingen generende trafikkstøy i 4. etasje. November er en super måned i Roma! Frokost på rommet når du vil ha det.

It was very close to several attractions very walkable. Staff responsive when there was a need. Nice to be able to do laundry in site. Kitchen appropriately sized for the apartment. Just a nice experience.

Excellent location, coffee available each day, clean towels available. Breakfast is good but you have to walk down the street to reach it. Free washer and drier! This was a huge bonus for our family. Loved the apartment, would stay here again.

The property was modern in style and conveniently located to Rome's major attractions. The room was spacious and offered the essential amenities. Unfortunately the idea of having contactless check-in and no reception, with no access to someone when something goes wrong, turned out to be a major problem. When we arrived the toilet was not functioning properly. It would keep running. Eventually it would stop... until it didn't stop at all anymore. Long way of saying we didn't have a toilet and the remote staff didn't care. It broke for good around 7:30pm, we noticed before bed, and they said they'd send someone early the next morning. They didn't. It took way too much work to get them to resolve a common problem that a hotel with better service would have quickly resolved.

Strongly advise to not book here. Their customer service is terrible and Travelocity also is not helpful. Choose another site to book your vacation and NEVER book at Numa properties. Lucky for us, we travel frequently and can found different accommodations (nicer) quickly, but for those who do not travel internationally can be caught in a jam with no help.

The air conditioning was essentially non working in both apartments I rented. We had very hot nights. Apartments were beautiful but very hot and stuff. I would advise against very strongly.

Our reservation was changed to two 1 bedroom units from one 2 bedroom unit the day we were checking in which split up our family. One of the rooms could only be accessed thru the elevator door which was inconvenient and noisy. Positives were the location is great and the units were very clean.

Awesome place to stay in Rome
We had such a good experience here. Great communication at all times. Had a little trouble getting in at first. (turn the small dark knob that lights up after you enter your code - not the silver one) Apartment was spacious, clean and a great place to come back to after a hot day walking around the city. AC worked great. Beds were comfy and all other amenities were great. Loved the fact that we had 1.5 bathrooms. Our apt (205) also had a washer which was a plus. The configuration to get to our place was a little weird (take lift up and then stairs down, but we got used to it). Great location in the city and we felt very safe. Lots of other good amenities like lockers you could rent if needed etc.

Overall I had a good experience. Your customer service is spot on as far as replies and updates and trying to accommodate the customer. I will say I was disappointed that upon arrival was told my apartment would not be available. So, I don't know what I missed out on. However, the refund as compensation was a really nice touch as far as trying to make it right. I would say, as a new arrival, try to give a little more heads up. Other than that, again, the service was wonderful and the complex and apartment was clean, quite, comfortable and I would recommend you. Scott Mikus

Customer service and communication is fabulous. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 is the elevator situation. Not every room has access to elevator and stairs are very narrow and windy.

No hot water for showers. Stay away.
We went on a trip to Rome with the family. Our review of the hotel is consistent with other patrons… stay away. Pros: 1. Centrally located to the Coliseum, Trevi Fountain, and other historic sites. 2. Spacious interior with kitchen to accommodate a family. 3. There is a common washer/dryer area to help with laundry for extended vacations. Cons: 1. There is lack of adequate HOT water = 1 person can shower every 2 hours. Showers must be limited to 3 minutes or less. Yes, we had to time our showers. Don’t use the faucet if someone is showering. You won’t be able to shower unless you split it up between morning and nighttime. 2. The hotel is in an alley with no street facing entrance. The taxi driver was very hesitant to go down the alley. 3. Because it is in an alley, restaurant workers are smoking below you so you cannot open your windows for ventilation or cool air. 4. Because it is in an alley, trash and garbage is piled up at the entrance to the hotel 5. The apartment/hotel is a maze. No clear map of how to get around the complex. If there was a fire, we would all have died because the stairwell is difficult to find. 6. The worst part is that there is no front desk reception. Because of this, all communication is done through What’s App. They are not responsive to issues that may come up. They ignored our HOT water problem and insisted that HOT water replenishes in 30 minutes. They supposedly sent someone 2 days later and said everything is fine. It was not fixed.

Really loved this place!
I loved this stay. It was like a hotel without hassle. I liked that I could check in online before my trip and the checkout was super easy too. The location was perfect! Near all the sites but off on a quiet street. The beds were super comfortable and I really liked the space we had. Everything was just really easy. The only thing I didn't care for was the breakfast. It was very basic, down the street and we were all still hungry afterwards. After this experience, I'm definitely looking into their other properties!

Location was wonderfully closed to main attractions (pantheon/Trevi fountain/Altare della patria/Roman forum/colloseum/ circo maximo. Etc) all of those within walking distance, the room itself was big and awesome we had an elevator that took us right in front of the room door (the elevator button to go down is inside the room!! ) !! Pretty awesome!!!

It was the perfect place for a family of four with kiddos. Right in the center of Rome, we were close to everything (within 10-15 minutues walking maximum). The hotel is lovely and full of character. Also, the use of whatsapp to send all information was a dream, such a great use of technology and a fantastic customer experience. I will reccomend to anyone visiting Rome.
