The location is the only thing that makes it good.
My personal experience was not good. Although Daniella and Mauricio are very helpful.
Here is a summary of my disappointment.
They were not ready for me and my mom for our arrival. I am not sure why since they got the information from Expedia. When I got to the place, I was waiting with my poor mom on the street for someone to come to open the place for one hour, after many hours of travel.
The room was completely dirty and when they "Clean" the room they left the same blankets. They never change the blankets and I was there for the entire week. When I told them the bed was dirty around the third day. Mauricio told me, there was no need to changes the blankets.
There were a lot of dust, mosquitos, and bugs. I could not change because all the hotel around were full due to the Pascua.
There was no soap, shampoo, happy for the toilet paper.
If you forget the key inside as I did, it is a catastrophe, I forgot the key, which does not work well on the room and I called the person in charge and it was not answered. I almost lost my trip, because of this event.
If you look for someplace to stay near the Vatican is Ok. However, bring your blanket, pillow, soap, shampoo, conditional. It is not customer services. It is as you rent a room only. Very disappointed.
