Helt ok opphold
Var 3 netter på dette hotellet. En helt ok opplevelse. Jeg ville heller kalt det et 4-stjerners hotell. Flott lobby og spisesal, men rommet var litt lite og mørkt. Hard seng, men vi fikk en ekstra overmadrass da vi spurte (ikke at det hjalp så mye). Generelt god service. Savnet kaffemaskin på rommet. Fin liten spa-avdeling med badstue og basseng, men ikke boblebad. Booket massasje, som var utrolig bra. Frokosten var ok, verken mer eller mindre, kostet 20 euro per person per dag. Dyr minibar, ikke gratis flaskevann tilgjengelig (men springvannet smaker godt i Roma). Jeg syns beliggenheten var grei, men neste gang ville jeg bodd noe lenger vestover, da det ble litt lange gåavstander hver gang vi skulle ut.

Sentral beliggenhet
Fine nyoppussede moderne rom med grei størrelse.Gangavstand til Termini og området ved spansketrappen. Nærhet til Colosseum og shoppingområder. Alle vet hvor hotellet er da det ligger på andre siden av Via veneto som US Embassy. Hard Rock cafe bare 50 meter ved siden i nabobygg. Harrys Bar 2 minutter unna opp via veneto.

Fint hotell med god beliggenhet. Gangavstand til mange severdigheter. Hyggelig betjening og god service. Ikke topp karakter for rommet, ikke best på ventilasjon og lys.

Førsteklasses!
Utsøkt og godt plassert hotell. Utmerket og vennlig service fra alle ansatte. Frokostbuffeten var ikke av de beste, men man kunne bestille fra a la carte frokostmeny. Vi hadde ikke tid til det, så den ble ikke testet. Safen på rommet virket ikke og ble ikke reparert mens vi var der, men vi fikk hjelp til oppbevaring i hotellsafen.

Booking system swimming pool horrible - should state no swimming pool - because there was nothing complementary about it. - Poor gym facilities. Extra taxes 10 euros per day per guest - why? It should be already included on the reservation fees. Your hotel is not worth because has it hides the reality.

We reconfirm that the access to the SPA and the gym is free for all our guests and there are no extra fees to be paid. Not sure if the 10,00 you are referring to are the city tax that it's the council tax that most unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it and it's fixed for all the 5 stars in Rome as it's not decided by the hotel. It feels like they are stuck in the past. The decor was dated, and the stained wallpaper was older than my grandparents. There was no WiFi outside of the lobby, and I had to go get a sim card just to keep connected. In this modern time, wifi should be a basic essential, especially for when you have guests travelling from all around the world. There was no kettle or iron in the room, and I had to ask for it several times. We also had to constantly ask for a restocking of coffee and tea for our room and was not filled up daily. The only redeeming factor was the location and the staff. Kevin was extremely helpful and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants around the area. Besides this, nothing else screams 5 star.

It was Okay, friendly staff. good Service But they Charged me taxes twice 10 Euros per night at the start and 10 Euros Taxes at the end what added 120Euros by the trip unannounced at the reservation.

Most unfortunately the city taxes are nor decided by the hotel. City tax are the same for all hotels of the same category in Rome as fee that is paid by inbound travelers when they stay in hotels. The amount change based only on the type of accommodation chosen (B&B, 3 starts, 4 starts, 5 starts etc.) but it's not decided by the hotel. The hotel was l centrally located . Walking distance from the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The staff was friendly . There were really good restaurants within walking distance

I learned through a tour it is the street featured in the film “La Vita Dolce”. It’s also one of the most luxurious streets in Rome, very wide. Filled with great hotels. The hotel itself is spacious and very accommodating. Staff was super friendly, and very helpful with planning and organizing my stay.

We arrived at this (5*) hotel with a pre booked deluxe double room for a stay of 3 nights. On arrival we were told our room wasn’t ready yet but we could opt to upgrade to a deluxe suite for an additional €85 per night. We accepted the upgrade. The suite was strange in the sense you were greeted by a glass table with 4 chairs (nothing luxurious). As you turned into the room you were in a corridor with 2 doors on the right, the 1st door opened onto a kitchenette with some snacks that were chargeable with the minibar. 4/5 cleanliness 2nd door opened onto the bathroom which was a glass shower, simple sink,WC & a bidet on the opposite wall to the WC. 4/5 cleanliness The corridor then opened onto the bedroom which was an odd pentagon shape. A large bed on one wall, a huge suitcase looking wardrobe with dangerous sharp edges & a short air seat & an air bench at the bottom of the bed We had problems sleeping each night due to a very noisy air con unit. In the morning after using the shower we were facing a safety issue as the water had poured out of the shower, all over the bathroom floor and was now in the corridor. The shower gel dispenser in the shower was broken. The issue were not resolved after being reported each morning. The room had flaking paint. The included breakfast had an extremely poor selection for a 5* hotel, with the hot food being offered being luke warm at best. Additional€85 per night were waived on checkout but our stay there was less than satisfactory for a 5*

Far from 5 star but good location
The + : Nice and friendly staff, hotel in great location to explore Rome. The - : It is not a 5 star hotel. Broken wardrobe forced us to have the wardrobe lights on all night since door did not close, broken chairs in room, shower door not closing, no soap to wash hands, shower going from ice cold to burning hot and nothing in between… Nice to have a plunge pool but spa area very old and dated and pool ice cold. Too small to swim in to warm up. Breakfast very limited for the price.
