위치가괜찮아요
들어가는 입구 찾는 것이 쉽지 않았고 4층에 위치해 있으며 엘리베이터에 큰 트렁크는 들어가기가 쉽지않았어요. 관광지다니기에는 거리도 나쁘지 않고 잠자리도 큰 불편함은 없었어요. 가성비 나쁘지는 않았어요

poso non adatto ad una famiglia con bimbi piccoli. Ascensore assente, porta d'ingresso strettissima. colazione portata in camera su un vassoio e appoggiata su un tavolino già occupato dal pc della struttura. Pulizia scarsa.

Οικονομικό και άνετο δωμάτιο
Γενικά πολύ καλό και οικονομικό δωμάτιο με ικανοποιητικό πρωινό στο δωμάτιο. Είναι στον 3ο όροφο όλα τα δωμάτια και έχει σκάλες αλλά και ασανσέρ. Το ασανσέρ είναι πάρα πολύ στενό, αν έχετε κλειστοφοβία, μην μπείτε. Ευγενικοί άνθρωποι.

We had problems with hot water. Only one person could have a quick shower becouse after 1 minutte cold water started to run. We were not happy about unexpected fee for Rome city taxes. There was no information about it and receptionist could speak few words in english. Breakfast was good, but absolutely the same every morning..

Small bathroom
This is not a hotel its like a hostel, no reception area, bathroom was so small, very inconvenient, anyway cant recommend this place to friends or family.

we have given you one quad. room with bath tub.and now you said bath room was small etc. etc.and you were very happy here.that you said you want to stay more 2 nights.and then you have gone to venice.central of Rome with this price 3 pax with big breakfast you are not happy now. my question to you incase my hotel is not good why you stayed to my hotel? we also never take you type person in future. Dårligt, ville ikke kalde det et hotel
Efter 6 timers køretur nåede vi frem. Vi kunne dårligt nok finde det, der er ikke noget der indikere at der er et hotel.. Der var ikke nogen der åbnede for os, og vi kunne ikke komme i kontakt med dem på tlf. Så vi måtte finde et andet hotel.. Kan stærkt frarådes.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca del coliseo! Buena predisposición del personal, aunque no hablaba ni español ni ingles, por lo se hacia muy difícil comunicarse. Y aunque el desayuno es muy abundante, te lo llevan hasta la habitación, y puede ser bastante incomodo ya que entra con el desayuno hasta tu cama... Es difícil de encontrar el lugar, ya que esta lleno de apartamentos, la recepción esta en el tercer piso y los departamentos en el segundo, y los lugares comunes no parecían muy limpios y con olor raro! No aceptan tarjeta de credito

Il primo giorno ci hanno messo in un altro posto a dormire scomodissimo e la mattina nn abbiamo ricevuto la colazione... Dopo tutto ok mi è piaciuta la camera tutti i confort (tranne i materassi) e comodo per girare a Roma

Na verdade nao fiquei no Hotel, sem condições alguma, a recepção e o corredor do Hotel não tem nem 2 metros quadrados, recepcao uma bagunça! o elevador não cabe nem as malas, vocês deveriam ir pessoalmente ver este hotel!

Disappointing Stay
I was very disappointed with Al Centro Storico. Our room was not as pictured on the website. It felt like a typical hotel room and the bed was very stiff. The bathroom was not completely clean on our arrival (though we were early). It was difficult to find the hotel, as the entrance is within a courtyard and up 4 stories, with no sign outside to indicate this. On arrival, the host was very nice, however it seemed he didn't know where we were supposed to stay. With only 5 rooms, this shouldn't be difficult. I did like the location of the hotel, as it is a short walk from both Termini station and the colloseum. It is nice that the breakfast is brought to your room, but the coffee orders were wrong both mornings and also not at the time that was requested (one day early and one day late). It was cheap, which I always appreciate, but I could have stayed at a hostel for the same price with better service/ammenities.

No espereis ver un hotel
Nos resultó muy complicado encontrarlo ya que está en un edificio de viviendas y esperabamos ver el rótulo de un hotel. El ascensor para montar de lado, problemático para personas con obesidad o discapacitadas. El desayuno muy abundante, te sobra comida. Muy bien situado, a 10 min del Coliseo y 5 min del metro. Se puede dejar el equipaje en "recepción" hasta la hora de marcharte al aeropuerto. El personal amable, de origen pakistani que se comunican contigo como pueden. Por lo demás para dos noches suficiente, quizá con un precio elevado para un lugar "tan extraño" como ese.

Hotel in buona posizione ma ..non all'altezza
Hotel senza nessuna targa in strada; solo nome sul citofono. Difficile da trovare. Non sempre rispondono al citofono o sono presenti degli addetti, ma la cosa peggiore è comunicare con tutti gli addetti sia in inglese, sia in italiano (sono del Bangladesh, ma conoscono pochissime parole di italiano e di inglese. Non esiste sala prima colazione che viene -quindi- servita in camera; sembra un vantaggio, ma in realtà, mangiare in due con due vassoi sul tavolino del PC (con tastiera e mouse che danno noia) non è proprio rilassante. L'ascensore (sempre da aprire con la chiave) è fuori-norma nel senso che è stretto (circa 45 cm) anche se abbastanza lungo; però in tre si può salire solo senza alcun bagaglio: L'Hotel (però -dentro- c'è scritto Affittacamere) si trova al terzo piano; una volta qualcuno non ha chiuso le portine interne, per cui mi sono fatto tre piani (potevano anche essere 5 !!) per recuperarlo. Conclusione: no, grazie

Decent hotel but sketchy surroundings
When I first arrived at the hotel I was extremely disappointed by the surrounding mainly because I was new to Rome and it was not at all what I expected. I felt like I was entering the "Projects" but the hotel staffs were friendly and kept to themselves, they gave us some great tips on subways and buses and all the major landmarks to hit. I wish the hotel was a bit manicured and didnt look too much like a motel but overall I was satisfied since we were close to the main subway station Termini and the Colosseum, unfortunately the area just looked a bit "ghetto". We were happy that there were good restaurants near by.

Small but Clean and Convenient
This is not a hotel, it is a guest house in a neighborhood apartment building. The rooms are functional and clean but not much more. It is very convenient to the Coliseum, Train Station and Metro lines. The 'hood seems nice and would have liked a chance to hang out with the locals but did not have the time. The worst thing about the place was the body odor of the manager.

Non è un vero e proprio hotel, infatti nei documenti affissi alla reception c'è scritto AFFITTA CAMERE...il gestore non parla molto bene l'italiano ma si fa capire, è stato molto gentile e sempre sorridente, bisogna suonare il campanello del portone centrale ed attendere un po' il gestore, che gentilmente vi viene a prendere e vi accompagna e vi spiega come utilizzare la varie chiavi che vi darà (portone grande, ascensore, portone piccolo e camera) si effettua il pagamento anticipato, la colazione viene servita in camera ed è abbondante, la camera è abbastanza spaziosa, il bagno aveva bisogno di un po' di manutenzione, nel giorno del check out bisogna lasciare la stanza per le 11.00 e ci hanno fatto anche la cortesia di tenerci i bagagli fino alle 17.00 (tranquillamente appoggiati e forse anche incustoditi in un insenatura del corridoio)...insomma senza troppe pretese e con spirito di adattamento ci siamo trovati bene!

Très gentil . Mais état de la chambre très médiocre . Fourmis ds la salle de bain pas de prise qui fonctionne ds la chambre frigo hs poignée de porte qui mets resté ds la main. Ce n'est pas un hôtel mais un appartement rien est indiqué. Bien pr une nuit mais pas plus .

Günstiges Hotel in guter Lage
Das Appartment befindet sich im 3. Stock. (Sehr schmaler & kleiner Lift vorhanden) Unser Zimmer hatte ein Fenster mit Blick in den Innenhof. Das Frühstück wird direkt an die Zimmertür gebracht (man wird am Vortag gefragt, welchen Kaffee man haben möchte und um welche Uhrzeit man das Frühstück serviert bekommen haben möchte). Das servierte Frühstück ist zahlreich, sodass wir jedes mal eine kleine Jause für zwischendurch mitnehmen konnten. Der Besitzer war sehr bemüht uns zu helfen. Gleich zu Beginn hat er uns einen Plan erklärt, wie man wohin kommt und wie lange es dauert. Am Zimmer stand ein PC mit WLAN, den man Gratis verwenden konnte. Da es mehr oder weniger vermietete Zimmer einer großen Wohnung sind, fühlt man sich trotzdem sehr wohl. Und wenn man, so wie wir es getan hatten, die Stadt sehen möchte, dann genügt diese Übernachtungsmöglichkeit allemal.

전반적인 만족!!
처음에 숙소전화번호가 호텔스닷컴에 나와있는것과 달라찾는데 어려움을 겪었습니다. 호텔간판도 없어 번지수보고 겨우찾을수있습니다. 3층에있구요. 엘리베이터는 매우작습니다. 문화충격이지만 이것도 나름 재밌네요. 주인분은 방글라데시분으로 매우친절하고 좋습니다. 방은 레드방이었는데 너무 뻘건색이라 좀 놀랐습니다. 배수상태는 그리좋지않구요. 호텔주변 뭐 별로없습니다만, 3번트램정류장과 만죠니 메트로 정류장과는 인접한편입니다. 아침 맛있고 많이줍니다.

Good place to stay in terms of cost and location. Small rooms, but comfortable. Bathroom is fine. Breakfast is pretty bad (and I know European breakfast very well) but they do bring that bad breakfast right to your room! Staff (of 1) was very nice and truly concerned that everything was ok. Would (will) use this hotel again.

Great place to sleep but that's it.
The rooms have what you need, are clean and the hotel keeper does his best. This hotel are rooms in a big building, lots of noise between rooms which is a lack a privacy. Very well located. Just a place to sleep, nothing more. Internet is on and off. If you want enjoy the hotel for commodity it's not for you.

호텔의 간판이 따로 없어서 찾는데 조금 어려움이 있었습니다. 건물 전체가 호텔이 아니라 일부 층만을 호텔로 사용하고 있었습니다. 150년 된 건물이라고 하지만 내부는 수리를 하여 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. TV도 크고 에어컨도 잘 작동되고 무료 wifi 사용가능하며 PC도 사용가능 하였습니다. 직접 룸으로 배달되는 조식도 좋았습니다. 다만 건물 전기 사정이 좋지않아 가끔 온수가 끊기고 현금 결제를 유도하는 것이 불만입니다.

Nous sommes dans l'ensemble satisfait. Nous regrettons une faiblesse sur la propreté notamment dans la salle de bain, et dans la chambre, au niveau des sols. Le petit déjeuner est amené dans la chambre mais reste assez simple par rapport au prix de la nuit. La literie est excellente et la chambre bien insonorisée. Une connexion avec ordinateur inclus est disponible dans la chambre. Prévoir du liquide : la machine a CB ne fonctionnait pas ! L'emplacement est idéal.

Det som var bra med hotellet var läget för det priset. Nära till tunelbana, en station från centralen och några minuter till Vatikanen. Några minuter promenad till Colosseum, kunde även promenera till Vatikanen. MEN rummet kändes smutsigt, det var mögel i badrummet, toalettpappret tog slut och det fanns inga extrarullar på rummet. Frukosten åt vi i princip inget av utan var tvungna att äta det ute. Han som jobbade (själv?) var väldigt dålig på engelska så det var svårt med kommunikationen. De hade ingen dator i receptionen då vi behövde skriva ut boardingkorten så då fick vi leta upp en så kallad internet point. Överlag är jag missnöjd och kommer inte vilja bo där igen, även om det blir dyrare.

Reasonable Spot in Rome
I would classify this spot as more of the "guest house" than a hotel. The room was simple and clean. The breakfast delivered every morning was very nice but this is not a hotel in the traditional sense. It is a little hard to find - no sign, etc. It does not have any type of concierge or community spaces. The gentleman that handles check-in, breakfast delivery and maintenance was very nice but did not speak very much English so communication was a little tough. The location was pretty good for sightseeing - it is close to the Colosseum but there isn't very much nightlife in the area. It is affordable and nice if you are traveling with more than 2 people (we were a group of 3) and it was very difficult in our hotel search to find a place that accommodated 3 people that was not a hostel. Definitely good spot for staying with friends, not sure if I would recommend it for a romantic getaway. The beds were a little hard but the rest of the room/bathroom were nice and clean. The free wireless internet was also a HUGE plus.

good quality for the price. very friendly staff. good Internet service and having a computer provided in the room included in the cosT of the room was a nice bonus. it would be nice to have an alarm clock in the room.

What an experience...
We had a VERY hard time finding the hotel and when we finally found it, we were told that our rooms had been filled and that we had to follow a taxi to another location. The rooms were clean, but up in a big building and not at all what we had expected. The manager was very nice and tried very hard to assure us that this was a nice place. It was not so nice and we thought the price was too much for what we got. We had no view and the balcony faced into the court yard and had junk everywhere and an old mattress/bed frame. The bathroom was nice and seemed to be recently re done. We would not stay there again!!!!!!!!!!
