Lovely stay

We enjoyed fresh eggs and raw milk and fresh homemade cheese and peppers and mushrooms they provided for us for omelets. The place was quaint and cute and original, cozy and comfortable.

Our stay at Layton's

Trip Home with Motorcycle
I was picking up a new motorcycle in Provo and decided to stay in Manti the first day on my way home. The cottage was very serene and quiet with a very nice patio area to sit outside and relax on.

Perfect Affordable Lodging
The lodging is small, yet clean and very comfortable. They had eggs and milk from their farm in the refrigerator along with other ingredients to make a tasty breakfast. There was plenty of space for parking our side-by-side, 12 ft trailer and pickup truck. The host and hostess were very friendly and helpful.

Great location and privacy
This was a great place to stay. Friendly hosts, great fresh farm breakfast items,and the location worked great for us. The only thing I wish we had taken advantage of was dinner.😃😃😃

Would definitely stay here again. Clean, cute, and they thought of everything. Leanne is a wonderful cook and made delicious food. They are very good at making sure you have everything you need and enough space to relax and entertain yourself as you choose. Since it is a tiny house on a small farm, some aspects of the house may seem a little cramped and the smells, sounds, and flies of a farm are all around. For me, those were all the reasons I chose this place. Best place I stayed on my road trip!

Country living
This place is like a tiny house, but very cozy and comfortable. Surprisingly plenty of room, comfortable beds, peaceful setting, charming country farmhouse decor. We ordered breakfast, and it was delivered to us right on time, and was delicious!! Everything fresh and well-presented. They even had Green river melons available to purchase! We will stay here again.

The property is on a farm, which is very cool and the space was very quaint and comfortable. The bathroom is very small, the air-conditioning is loud, the downstairs bed has a large dip in it, you can't eat or drink upstairs (which is where the t.v. and main living space are), there is a contant farm smell (obviously, since you are staying at a farm), the fan is right at the top of the stairs so WATCH YOUR HEAD, and breakfast is not free; apparently Expedia has yet to update that neat fact. But for under $100, it is a cozy little spot and offers enough for a comfortable night's stay.

Very Quaint and comfortable
It was very clean, cute in design and the bed was comfortable. The loft looked so cozy, but I couldn’t navigate the stairs with my bad knee. The ceiling in the loft are around 5 feet, so you have to duck a bit to walk around. But all in all it was adorable.

Cute little house
We needed a place to stay at night and this cute little house for the bill. We had everything we needed in the bathroom. There is AC which was nice due to the hot weather. Lots of cute little touches everywhere. The beds were comfortable and Leann was very helpful when we arrived late on the first night.

Cozy and warm, perfect getaway!
My husband and I wanted to celebrate our wedding anniversary in a small town we hadn't been to before. This was the perfect place to do it! We enjoyed the uniqueness of the loft and how peaceful it was. We would recommend and stay again if we get the chance.

Great food and relaxing loft
We wanted a quiet getaway since we couldn’t visit our families and this loft was amazing! The food was fantastic and we got what we wanted - a quiet, comfy, and relaxing vacation. We also brought our dogs and were able to take them to the mountains nearby.

Darling little loft
From the minute we drove up to the loft, we were impressed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, LeAnn came right out to welcome us, she showed us into the loft and told us what we needed to know. The loft itself was so cute and comfy. It provides you with everything you need for your stay. The fresh home cooked Meals every morning are delivered right to your table and they are all delish! Huge portions as well. We also had LeAnn prepare a dinner meal for us which was awesome. (We had left overs for the next night) The location is perfect if you are there to ride RZR’s on the Arapeen trail system. You can ride right out from the loft to access hundreds of miles of trails. We loved riding all day and then coming back to the loft, cleaning up and setting out back on the patio and watching the baby calves chase each other around and watching the sunset on the mountain range to the East. We spent our evenings watching Netflix on the cozy couch in the living are upstairs. We had a fabulous, relaxing time and we will definitely stay again if they will have us.

Darling tiny home!
My son and I came to Manti for a golf tournament, and after looking at the motels offered there, a VRBO was a no brainer! Layton's Loft was a great choice for us! The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything, your stay comes with a delicious breakfast, and you have the option to have dinner served to you as well! I stayed upstairs since I'm 5'6" and my son is 6'4", becuase as listed the ceilings are short, but it didn't bother me to hunch over a little, and my son stayed in the private bedroom downstairs. As other reviews have stated the bathroom is super small (think motorhome size) but it has a hot shower, sink, and toilet ~ so what more do you need? I loved that they have an individual air conditioning unit in each bedroom, so you can set the temp to your liking. Netflix is available on each of the two televisions, the kitchen is great, and the decor is adorable! My only advice is to bring your own pillow! I always travel with my own pillow anyway, but for those who don't, the pillows are super flat! We had a great stay, and will stay again, if ever in the area! Thanks Chris and LeAnn!

Sweet place to stay!
We came to Manti with a group of senior friends to go 4 wheeling in the beautiful mountains there. This adorable bed and breakfast was the perfect place to stay for my husband and me. It was very comfortable and clean. The owners were amazing and even prepared a wonderful dinner one night for our large group! The breakfasts were delicious! Chris and LeAnn certainly go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it as well!

We got just what was advertised--and we loved it! We needed an affordable place to stay for our family, but we also got a great experience! Our kids were able to milk the cow and check out the farm. Also, the breakfasts delivered every morning were amazing! Definitely recommend.

Property owners were quick to respond to our question when booking. They greeted us upon arrival appearing friendly and professional. The owners provided meals at an added cost and was well worth it. I would book with them again without question.

Great place to stay and the best service

Excellent Place to stay

Sweet bed and breakfast
Perfect for a quick, country get-away! My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed Layton's Loft. We loved starting a fire in the woodstove. Easiest fire ever! And it warmed things up so quickly and nicely. Breakfast was delicious and LeAnn was so nice. Thanks, LeAnn!
