We are sorry that felt the need to post such a negative review based on the fact that we refused your request for a full refund, after you had stayed with us. As confirmed to you at the time of check-in you were allocated the room type that you booked and paid for. We are sorry that our property did not meet your expectations based on incorrect information supplied to you on a 3rd party website, all of which was explained to you and then to the 3rd party website. We always respond in an honest and timely manner and our staff went out of their way to provide you with what you paid but due to the property. being full were not able to provide you with an upgrade to the room you thought you had booked.

You booked a Queen ground floor room and we did upgrade you to a larger king room. All of our rooms are slightly different and the room you stayed in had recently undergone a renovation. We are a boutique style property with a more bespoke style of decor.
