Central location.
Super easy to get to. Parking on site. Free wifi. Walking distance to town center. Good beds. Bit weird with dishwashing soap in the bathroom. Did not use any cutlery, plates or glasses. Was not sure if they were clean. Would never do my dishes in the bathroom sink! Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

Thank you for your review! Our Non-Kitchen units unfortunately lack the larger kitchen sinks that our other units have. Our Housekeepers inspect glassware and dishes when cleaning, but I can certainly understand your apprehension washing dishes in the bathroom sink.

Horrible!!!!! We were checked in to a DIRTY room at around 5:45pm, definitely not an early check in. The bed was untidy, the rubbish bin was fulled and used towels on the floor!! By knowing how much it costs for the studio per night, this is ridiculous and unacceptable. We had to head back to the reception and wait for another room arrangement. Even tho the room was upgrade, this experience was unpleasant. This was so disappointing and disgusting to be checked in to a non ready room. I requested to see the manager on spot but no one showed up. I believe the management team should take this case seriously, follow up on this and kindly contact me with an explanation regarding this. In addition, there was NO key drop box outside the reception when there is no any receptionist in the morning (5am today). I had to head back to the apartment and left the keys in the room! Waste of my time! A terrible experience in this hotel and definitely not going to recommend nor come back to the next visit.

We booked a lake view room however the only view we had was the man pressure washing outside and other buildings, lack of car parking space, toilet clogged on first flush and was out of order for the first night, shower also leaked all through the hallway into the living room, tv didn’t work, hand soap was also the body wash, fridge didn’t work ether nothing chilled in it, lack of cutlery, lack of rubbish space as well, beds were comfy tho, lady at reception was nice though, washing machines and dryer were mint, front door and toilet door wouldn’t close properly and would randomly open unless you slammed it shut, no air conditioning ether which was frustrating since it’s summer.

I would love to show a picture of the front door and back door. We had a nice breeze going through, no air conditioning, and someone parked their mini van right up to the doors and cut off the air. Couldn’t open the doors to enjoy the weather no out door furniture. A good place to get in late and just go to sleep

Pretty View of lake & mountain. Small but clean lodge with all essentials. No daily housekeeping but supplies available at front desk. Wonderful staff. Shortcut downhill to town with many dining & shopping options. Coin laundry in back of building was timely for us. Gondola ride with superb views. Enjoyed our stay.

Clean, roomy and comfortable! We could had a nice view from the patio. Really convenient. Will definitely stay again when in Queenstown. Staff was very nice too.

Blue peaks lodge is at a great location. The CBD is just a few minutes away and walkable. The rooms were decent size with a kitchenette. One of the booked rooms had a damp smell, the kind of smell that lingers when you wipe things with a damp cloth. We couldn’t get the smell off even after opening the windows for the whole night. Other room was great. The rooms didn’t have AC, and it was a bit warm that day, so we used the portable fans in the room, a bit dusty but nonetheless available for use. Parking is a bit strenuous if you have a van/large SUV. Make sure you park it in reverse so that you are ready to head out when needed. The space to turn around in the lot is limited. Proximity to the cbd is great and can be matched by only a few other hotels. Overall pleasant stay and a decent lodge.

Great location, the room has everything you need and is very spacious. Lots of parking and the staff were lovely. Lots of room heating options however no aircon to cool the room place down, so hot at night in summer.

We had a nice 1 BR apartment for two nights. The place was clean but a bit dated and plain, spacious, and well-equipped, outstanding staff. Had we been on the side away from the road I would give this a 10/10 rating based on price, location, size, and amenities. However our room was facing incredibly busy street on a hill, and starting at around 6 AM there was a constant loud drone of cars, trucks, busses, motorcycles, etc. passing by15 feet from the large glass windows in both the living room and bedroom. Traffic remained heavy throughout the day until around 7 PM. One evening around 11:30 PM there was a diesel truck running a loud engine right outside our room on the street for about 10 minutes, followed by a loud ongoing roar. I finally threw on some clothes to investigate and it was a city truck cleaning out street drains in front of the hotel. Again these are problems that are not the fault of the motel, but impacted our enjoyment of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again if I could secure a guarantee of a room away from the street. Note many of Queenstown's hotels are right on their very busy streets, so you need to be proactive on getting a room away from the main road into town.

Thank you for your review and comments, our property is on the main road that leads into Queenstown, our rooms have triple gazing and blinds to help with the noise, but it does still affect some guests. They are moving the main road so we look forward to that.

Great position, didn't have to go out in the car an easy walk to the centre of Queenstown and off-street parking for car. No noise, warm and good beds so slept well. Would definitely go back there again.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. The room looks old and outdated however had the basics required for our stay. The toilet space is tiny and could be hard to manage if you were a large person or had a disability. Parking and token operated laundry available. Apartment was close to everything in the city but was a bit of a tough walk up the hill.

This is our fav spot to stay, hands down. We’ve stayed with blue peaks at least 3 times now and I couldn’t fault a thing. Great staff, perfect location and room was clean, comfortable, warm and spacious.

The 2-room layout offered additional privacy between parents and children. The location was very walkable to the key areas of town including restaurants and the gondola ride. The refrigerator was much appreciated as was the sitting area. Parking was especially convenient and free of charge in a town where parking can be challenging. We had one small issue in the room that was fixed VERY promptly by the attentive and friendly staff. The only negative item that I have was the lack of a view of the lake. Overall, we felt very welcome!
