Et hotell som ved bestilling virket bra, men som i virkeligheten er dårligere enn det man får inntrykk av. En av personene i resepsjonen virket lite imøtekommende og lite kundevennlig. Aircondition sto på for fullt da vi kom inn på rommet. Det var is kaldt og ikke minst veldig rå luft i rommet da vi kom inn. Sengetøyet var helt rått da vi la oss. Basseng og utearealet var veldig bra. Personalet var lite hjelpsomme og kunne ikke engang hjelpe oss med å bestille taxi til flyplassen. Det måtte vi gjøre på nabohotellet. Betjeningen på hotellet burde gå et kurs i kundebehandling. Kona og jeg anbefaler ikke dette hotellet. Velg heller nabohotellet Embessy suites. Må si at selve hotellet var en nedtur. Utearealet var veldig bra.

Pros: Loved the location, beautiful surroundings, it is in a gated community and it was just walking distance to the beach. Con: The hallways had a musty odor. The rooms need serious updating. Many bathroom fixtures are falling apart, the bathroom mirrors have absorbed a lot of moisture due to lack or air vents.

Property is run down and very no-frills. The rooms are big but they have more of a motel vibe than a hotel. We had a roach in our room when we arrived and had to switched. Next room had a rusted microwave. Towels and wash clothes was limited. They took our dirty towels and never gave us new clean ones, we had to end up going to Walmart to get our own. We stayed here years ago when they were “golden sands villas” and it was much better. Also parking is $15 bucks a night and the first night we had to park by the other hotel because people parked in handicap parking with no handicap plaques and they had the other side of their lot closed off. Next time I would stay next door at the Embassy Suites hotel.

Useless stuff. They charge you $30/hour for late check out but I did not get a discount or a simple “sorry” when my check in was 45 late. Vending machines were broken and you have to go to the bars to buy a bottled water for $3 instead paying $1,25 at the vending machines. There is no other stores close to the hotel. So you need to take a taxi or order it. You can hear everything from your room. And the employees, maintenance guys are really loud all night. You can also hear the people next door.

The staff was so very friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. The room was clean. The pool and beach areas were absolutely beautiful. We would definitely stay there again. The only downside is that it was kind of far from OSJ and other tourist areas and we didn’t rent a car. Overall we really enjoyed our time at the resort.

Pools and pool area great! Wish there were more chairs and umbrellas. Private beach was ok; nice that it was private but a few feet into the water it was very rocky instead of the nice soft sand. Would be great for a few other dining options that are not super expensive like the restaurants but the food at the restaurants was wonderful! Front desk individuals were great regarding questions about staying there but very unhelpful with other questions such as transportation/uber/etc. Overall had a great stay and would stay again.

The staff was friendly and always had a smile on their faces! I took my mother and she suffered anxiety attack and the personnel especially the Security manager Mr Jordan and Griselle helped above and beyond expectations. Thank you!

The view was beautiful but the room was DIRTY, it needs deep cleaning not just go in change sheets and vacuum, the carpet needs to be cleaned shampooed, the room has a toilet bowel that leaked, the room had mold , please advise where I could send pictures for the price I was charged and the condition it’s absurd.

Property is not well maintained I suggested family to stay for a wedding weekend and it was horrible mold,roaches and rusty. Dishwasher leak and smelled like mold. My family had I. Total 6 rooms rented same experience for all.

Property could use a slight upgrade but otherwise the private beach access, restaurants, pool and local things to do was great! Our room came equipped with a full kitchen, jacuzzi and washer/dryer combo!

They charged me extra for one of my children per day. There as some kind of feces underneath our dresser and there are no fans so the humidity is unbearable. Everything was wet.

Great resort for families with children! My daughter and I had a great time! Hotel and embassy are attached so it was a little confusing upon arrival where to go as Aquarius is on back side. There’s not a ton of food options at hotel but near by there’s plenty! We door-dashed a lot! Would definitely recommend! Clean and professional place!
