I’ve stayed here twice and don’t plan on staying anywhere else when I come to Rhode Island. The place is nice and clean the staff are very attentive and friendly. Its also close to a lot of stores and dining options.

The accommodation was cozy and clean, but did lack sufficient utensils for a full kitchen and dining in room. Need to contact courtesy desk for cooking utensils. Staff was pleasant.

Thank you for staying with us and for your review!I apologize if the kitchen utensils were not in your room. Each room should have a spatula/turner, serving spoon, large knife, paring knife, and silverware for at least 4. The rooms also have the pots pans and dishes. We will be having a refresh renovation in 2024 and the rooms will receive new glass top ranges. We are looking forward to the improvements!

Needs a remodel
Our room had a terrible odor, as if someone had a wet dog in the room. Faucet leaked. TV signal was erratic and the front desk blamed the nearby airport. The smell of chlorine from the pool was overwhelming in the hallways. Shampoo and bath gels afixed to the shower walls were empty. Definitely showing its age.

I apologize for the conditions you reported. I have asked our housekeeping staff to investigate the smell you reported in your room and the empty bottles of shampoo and gel. Smell can be a constant battle sometimes when we have kitchens in all of our rooms. Cox Business caused the issues with our television signal. We have been working with them to correct the issue. We are scheduled for a refresh starting in January. Items will include automatic doors at the entrance, new guest room closet doors and walk in showers among other improvements. Plese come check us out over the summer when everything should be completed.

Smoke detectors!
When we got to our room on the third floor with our 4 suitcases, the smoke detectors were going off. I had to go back down to the lobby because the clerk didn’t answer when we tried the front desk. The clerk said he would come up and change the battery. We waited a few minutes and he came with a ladder. He changed the batteries in both smoke detectors. They continued going off. We asked for another room. He came back up and helped us move to another room but it was a studio instead of a suite. I’m not sure what I reserved, but I hope I’m not paying for a suite when we only have a studio. The clerk said he would be here until 7:00 A. M. But since we weren’t able to get into bed until 1:00 A. M. I’m pretty sure we won’t be seeing him in the morning. We flew across the country from CA to RI and we were very beat.

Thank you for staying with us and for your review. I apologize for the smoke detector issue you reported. Usually, we can just change the batteries, but when the unit reaches its end-of-life cycle, we need to change out the whole detector (generally 7–10-year life cycle). We know this needs to be done when the detector keeps "chirping" after the batteries have been replaced.All of our rooms are considered suites. There would not be a price change from 1 bedroom to studio suite. Thanks again for your feedback.

The room was dirty, as soon as I went into the room there were fruit flies everywhere. The sink was dirty from left over food it smelled disgusting. I notified the front desk and they told me there was nothing they could do due to the fact I went thru a third party. I stayed the night with my two daughters ages 10 and 11 and my son age 7 reluctantly. I will not be going back and honestly I don’t think I will be going thru hotels.com anymore.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay experience. I booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite, for 2 nights. We did not have hot water in either bathroom for the course of our stay. Both showers only heated to luke warm at best. Separate from the hot water, the general level of cleanliness was far from acceptable. The stair carpets were covered in crumbs and the pool had multiple clumps of hair floating around the surface. This is not the level of customer service that I would expect from a Hilton property.

Thank you for your review. I apologize for the conditions you reported. Our level of cleanliness is usually much higher than what you reported. I will work with the staff to make sure the rooms and common areas are in much better readiness for our guests. The pool does get a lot of use this time of year. I will ask our staff to monitor the conditions more frequently.

Hahaha my car got stolen
They have NO CAMERAS??? My car was stolen and they don’t have a single policy or compensation for it. A worker even confessed that the pool didn’t have cameras either. Hallways, laundry room, lobby, no cameras! I’m so glad I felt safer with my fiancé but I lost my livelihood and my way back home, great. The breakfast was great 80% of the time, the room was nice enough to rent, minus that tv, it’s a piece of junk, but never again will I stay here and I’m pretty devastated by how much money I spent on it as well. Cook more omelettes!

I am very sorry for the incident you reported. We do not usually have much criminal activity to warrant cameras inside or outside the hotel and they are not commonly found at most properties. I am not familiar with policies businesses have for car thefts. The Mall, Walmart, Home Depot, and other hotels I am aware of do not have a policy or compensation when cars are stolen or broken into. Upon your report, we immediately reached out to the city and have directly requested with the Chief of Police, that they monitor our lot more closely at night over the coming weeks.

Likes: The room was great. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed using the pool and jacuzzi. Dislikes: Room did not include complimentary water bottles and only sells them for $4 each at the front desk. Overnight parking costs $10 even though the lot is not enclosed.

Thank you for your review! Our complimentary water program is for the Hilton Honors Gold and Diamond members who chose the benefit as a "MyWay" arrival preference. Placing water bottles in guest rooms each day works against Hilton's pledge to reduce our carbon footprint. We will be installing a water bottle filling station near the lobby during our hotel refresh early next year. Please stay with us again next year to see all the improvements!

Would have rated 5 of 5 based on= Friendly 24-hr staff; GREAT Location to airport and shopping; All areas Clean interior & exterior; Breakfast excellent selection & quantities (staff right on it to replenish); Superb extras (pool, gym, basketball court, grill area, & LARGE lounge area). BUT, rated a 4 based on 3 items= ONLY 1 elevator (35 rooms each on 3 floors), sofa bed too lumpy for an adult (okay for a small kid); magnetic strip key card kept getting disconnected if placed near cell, keys (but they are supposedly converting key-entry soon). Would ABSOLUTELY return and advise others to stay.

Hotel was very dated and is in need of serious upgrades for the price of our room. They ran out of soap which struck us as a concerning health issue. Shower was cold. Food was not good. Disappointing overall.

Nice Quiet Stay
Stayed 4 nights here and it was worth the money. The bed was very comfy and the overall hotel was quiet. The complimentary breakfast is a bit better than you would expect and it's nice that they have 24hr hot water for tea and coffee. I must have missed the fine print but was not aware there was a $10 parking fee per day unless you stay 5 nights or more, not ridiculous but just a heads up. The staff was very kind and helpful with any questions I had. Room was clean however, the cloth shower curtain had a light mildew smell. I would gladly stay here again upon my return to Rhode Island.
