Veldig fornøyd med alt
Helt topp og perfekt beliggenhet. Vi er opptatt av renhold og der var det ingenting og utsette på. Veldig gode senger og rommet ble utrolig raskt varmet opp etter vindu ble lokket på morgenen da vi er avhengig og ha det kaldt på natta. Personalet var utrolig hyggelige. Kommer garantert tilbake.

Hotel Maximillain
Excellent stay at Hotel Maximillian. Very firendly and helpfull staff, room-service food was incredible and they have a lovely spa. The location was perfect, very close to Old Town square, but still nice and quiet neighbourhood. I would have no problem staying there again next time i'm in Prague.

Topp service og god beliggenhet
Vi hadde er topp opphold. Vi fikk først et rom som ikke stod til forventningene (ikke som bestilt). Betjeningen gjorde det de kunne og neste dag fikk vi oppgradert rom. Veldig fornøyd med det nye fine rommet og servicen på hotellet. Frokosten er ikke noe å skryte av, men helt greit som en liten start før vi dro ut i byen. Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt og kan anbefales.

To start into a new day, breakfast does play quite a role and we believe that breakfast should always come fresh and healthy. The plentiful buffet section is freshly made by our chef everyday offers all the energy we need in the morning. And as each of us has got different cravings, that is the a la carte menu which takes little extra charge herein to delight the morning even a bit more. Et nytt fantastisk opphold på hotel Maximilian
Hotel Maximilian er bare helt utrolig bra. Fantastisk service fra blide og hyggelige ansatte, den beste frokosten du kan tenke deg, flotte rom med alt du kan tenke deg av fasiliteter. Hotellet har i tillegg en beliggenhet i nærheten av alt du har behov for å se og oppleve i Praha. Maximilian anbefefales på det varmeste.

Flott beliggenhet, god service, ypperlig frokost.
Hotellet er litt slitt (særlig gangene), men rent og fint. Vennlig betjening, godt renhold, fantastisk beliggenhet 5 min unna gamlebytorget, men uten mas og støy. Frokosten er veldig bra! Romslig rom med alt man trenger. Sterkt anbefalt.

Prague is a great city for people who love to walk around all day and enjoy the sights but this can leave your feet feeling sore and in desperate need of a bath! As for your suggestion in regards to controlling the lights, I must say thank you. It really is an innovative idea that I will put forward to our designers, and give you credit of course. Fint hotell, rolige omgivelser. Rommet egner seg ikke til 3 personer med ekstra seng, det blir for trangt. Veldig bra frokost.

Flott hotell i hjertet av gamle Praha. Hyggelig betjening og god atmosfære. Særlig ved frokosten. På den annen side bør det meste være bra på et hotell i denne prisklassen. Sånn sett er det positive ikke mer enn vi burde forvente.

Das Hotel liegt toll und alles ist recht neu und schön gestaltet. VIP Vorteil mit kostenlosen Frühstück war nicht gegeben. Ich bin im Vorfeld schon angeschrieben worden, dass es freies Frühstück nur gibt, wenn ich über die Hotelwebseite buche. Ich war überrascht aber sie wollten mir das nicht geben. Ich habe dann Expedia informiert, dass sie die Angaben anpassen sollten, aber der Kollege hat mir dann nochmal per Mail bestätigt, dass das Frühstück für Gold Member kostenfrei wäre und er sich darum kümmere. Aber das erste beim Checkin war die Frage ob das Frühstück hinzu buchen wollte. Ich habe dann den Kollegen die Mail von Expedia geschickt und sie meinten das es dann ok wäre. Beim ersten Frühstück sollte ich dann wieder die Beleg für die Kosten abzeichnen. Also mir was das zu doof. Entweder ich mache da mit und gebe die VIP Benefits frei oder ich lasse es … Auch wenn jetzt über Ostern sicher mehr Gäste im Hotel waren: beim Frühstücken hat immer was gefehlt. Kein Brot, keine Butter, keine Gläser für Saft , keine Teller usw. Was ich aber wirklich nicht gut fand war, dass die Klimaanlage nicht ging. Im Zimmer waren es immer über 24 Grad. Auf nachfrage hiess es, dass die noch auf Winter eingestellt sei und man das so schnell nicht ändern könnte. Ich sollte das Fenster aufmachen. Habe ich gemacht aber unten haben die Gäste geraucht und ich war direkt oben drüber. Schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Aber ich würde es nicht nochmal buchen.
