A very nice hotel with exceptional staff
We had a wonderful stay at the Kings Court. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the square. The room and beds was nice and comfortable, the food was good, and the spa/pool (albeit small) was very nice too. What made this hotel stand out for us was the staff. They were all very friendly and eager to help. Special mentions to Emily and Karel at the reception, Jakub in the restaurant and Veronika and the other girls working in the executive lounge. The latter had good food on offer and decent drinks (for free if you have lounge-access included). Overall we were very pleased with our stay, and wouldn't hesitate to book again if we ever return to Prague. We actually felt quite sad leaving. It is a bit pricey, but worth it if you can afford it.

Comf hotel - could be better service in breakfast
Nice and clean hotel. Comfortable bed and great that they have a pillow menu, so you can choose the one you want. The breakfast wasn’t anything special sadly.. we expected more from a 5 star hotel when it comes to the breakfast buffet. The omelet station was great though. The attitude of the young man working as a barista at the buffet was not OK at all. Ordered two café latte with oatmilk. He asked me 3-4 times before making it «oatmilk, right», and I confirmed. And then he started making it with almond milk. When I told him «we are very allergic to almond milk! I ordered with oatmilk» he says «thought you said oat» and then he makes a face and rolls his eyes. When he gave me the coffees he says «here you go, you are very much welcome!» with an attitude. Like he was doing me a huge favour making me this coffee. You pay a lot when staying at a 5 star hotel, so the service and quality throughout all the hotel should be nothing but top quality. I am all for people having a job, but this guy should not be working there if he doesn’t like his job. I did miss having slippers and bathrobe, we have always had this in our room when staying at a 5 star. The only time we got slippers and bathrobes was when we had spa treatment. The housekeeping was was very nice, greeting you every time. But the lack of service and politeness in the breakfast buffet (not only the barista) makes us question staying and this hotel again, and / or recommending it to others.

Perfekt valg for oss!
Perfekt valg for som liker god standard, rent & pent, utrolig sentralt og fantastisk med kjøpesenteret Palladium rett på andre siden av hotellet. Nydelig mat & drikke på Adele Restaurant som tilhører hotellet. Kjempe god service av alle sammen, MEN spesielt av de som jobber i resepsjonområdet. Frokosten var nydelig!! Eneste minuset var at poolen i SPA området var for kaldt, kunne gjerne vært varmere.

Helt ok hotell, bra beliggenhet
Hotellet hadde god beliggenhet i nærheten av masse gode shoppingmuligheter, 5-8 min gange fra metrostasjon, like ved the old town square. De ansatte var hyggelige. Fine rom, men litt harde madrasser. Gode dyner og puter. Kostet 10 euro per pers for å bruke bassengområdet selv om man var gjest på hotellet. Frokosten hadde godt utvalg, med noe for en enhver smak, men ikke den beste hotellfrokosten jeg har smakt.. helt ok. Jeg angrer ikke på hotellvalget, men tror jeg hadde testet ett annet hvis jeg skal tilbake :)

Great service and standard
Great stay at Kings Court. Exellent service and food. We had a Delux room with free entrance to spa and executive lounge. Considering that the beverages in the lounge was free of charge, the minibar should have been free as well. Apart from that the standard was excellent and the staff very good at their job. The location is prima. Metro station literally on the doorstep. Old town 3 min walk.

Large, comfortable rooms. A delicious breakfast buffet. Exceptionally well located. Within walking distance of many sites, pubs, and restaurants. I only wish that cable TV had an English service. The staff were courteous and helpful. I would certainly stay again.

***Best hotel we have ever stayed in** We arrived 3 hours early for check in so we got to enjoy the lounge where we had drinks and food included in our stay. The choice was unbelievably great. The location was perfect, really central to everything. Staff we so friendly. Our room was the room that kept on giving, especially loved the automactic opening of the curtains and the bathroom and the beds were so comfy. Ate at the hotel restuarant as both nights as the food was world class and we enjoyed the casino where we won money both nights, easy to sign up and got given a free drink. Enjoyed the majesty bar in the evenings aswell and the entertainment was fantastic. We will most definately be returning it made our stay. 10/10

Expedia you ruined my 56th birthday!!!! I got a very small room in a hotel maybe 3 stars maximum 4 and you said five and told your gold friends etc... It's disappointing that you don't live up to what you advertise, I didn't get anything!!! I didn't even get the room before 3 o'clock and they didn't agree to return it for another second, a real shame and disgrace!!!!!

Rooms are well appointed, with all amenities, and beds are very comfortable! Wall buttons for lights and drapes is a wonderful convenience. The included breakfast is spectacular! Top notch buffet with something for all diets. The hotel also had a beautiful bar. Walking distance to so much...Old Town Square, a mall, tons of restaurants and lots of local shopping!!! I highly recommend Kings Court!!

For a 5 star hotel, there is much improvement that can be done. The lobby was always packed with people and bags. People packing their bags in the main lobby, while you can barely walk to the elevator. At least 20-30 bags stored in the lobby. There was always someone smoking right at the front door, instead of at the designated areas. The curtains were broken in my room. There was one staff member that could be kinder with someone that did not understand english that well. My room was not ready, I was told I was going to be contacted when my room was ready, no one did… Overall, there are many things that can be improved and that you would expect from a 5 star hotel.
