Bra med "eget" basseng til rommet
Hotellet holder en høy standard, men bærer litt preg av slitasje. Betjeningen er ikke så serviceinnstilt som forventet på et Hotel med 5 stjerner.

Flott opphold og god mat!
10 dager med fantastisk sol og deilig vær. Tidvis mye vind, men greit i forhold til varmen. Hotellet fremstår generelt bra, men er absolutt ikke 5 stjerner, solid 4 stjerner. Mangler siste del av service for å nå helt opp, samt en del slitte fellesområder, inne og bl.a. ødelagte solstoler og vedlikehold ute. Veldig bra mat, styr unna den "italienske" restauranten, treg service, kjedelig mat og sur betjening.

Beutiful Hotel
Very clean and good hotel. We had all inclusive and that was very good. Except for one day we could change to an Italian restaurant at the hotel. But that was a sad experience. The service was no good, took too long time before they came to the table, we ordered Veal and that was no good. We were very disappointed. We told that to the waiter and she said that the Chef knew it was bad. And still they served it.

All of our dishes have a final check from our chef before they served to our guests, in order to meet the highest standards of quality. Dårlig start, men bra etterhvert
Veldig fint hotell etterhvert, med litt rotete service. Fikk rommet vårt for sent (selv om vi ankom tidlig). Vi ble tilbudt et dobbelrom mens vi ventet. Delen vi bodde i var ikke klippet gress på de (estimert) 2 siste ukene (ble tatt etter to dager). Veldig høyt gress og mye maur utenfor vår leilighet. Hotellet ligger langt unna alt, så anbefaler All Inclusive. Maten var veldig god og variert. Stranden har store steiner og ikke sand (Kanskje ute i vannet, men fristet ikke) Bassengene var behagelige og sengene komfortable. Interiør i resepsjon og på rom, var litt umoderne, men bad var fint og romslig. Lekeområdet for barn var stusselig. Men treningsfasiliteter var meget bra. Spa var helt ok. Ok behandling

Flott hotellområde - manglende service
Ingenting å utsette på det flotte bassengområde. Romslige forhold, og enkelt å få tak i solsenger om du er ute i rimelig tid. På stranden kan du mer eller mindre få ligge i fred, og det er flott å skue utover kystlinjen. Det er steinstrand, så litt kronklete å komme seg ut i vannet. Badesko anbefales. Vi hadde All Inclusive og var stort sett fornøyde med mattilbudet i hovedrestauranten. Spiste en av middagene på restauranten Azurro, og det var ok. Flott utsikt,men noe skuffende mat. Også dumt at man her ikke kan få "All inclusice" drikke inkludert. Her må man betale for alt å drikke, selv vann. Vi opplevde servicen fra hotellpersonlaet noe manglende. Det var vanskelig å vite hva som egentlig var inkludert også ikke. Man kan visst kjøpe "ultra-allinclusive", og da skal du visst nok slippe å bruke lommeboka. Men selv med det tilbudet måtte man betale for drikke etter kl 2300. Det var skjelden rene strandhånkler, og noe manglende renhold på rommene. Servicen står rett og slett ikke til et 5-stjerner. Men vi hadde et flott opphold, og område er virkelig strålende. Men 4 stjerner er nok mer rett for dette hotellet.

Bra hotell med merkelige regler
Hotellet har godt potensial om de bare endrer noen regler. Reglene gjør det vanskelig for personale å yte en god service som forventes av et 5 stjerners hotell. Vi bodde der og testet i en dag før vi kjøpte "All inklusive", men all inklusive var langt i fra all inklusive. I restauranten ved bassenget fikk vi plutselig en helt annen meny?? En mye cheapere meny en den dagen vi testet ut fasilitetene?? Man kunne plutselig ikke velge restauranter innenfor hotellet mer enn en dag per uke, og dette var ikke opplyst om før eller under kjøp?? Chips og drinker i pool baren skulle være gratis, men barna kunne ikke få spise chips for det var bare til de som drikker alkohol?? (barna trenger salt i varmen) Det var ikke nok solstoler til alle gjestene. Håndkle systemet er klønete, og der man skulle bytte håndklær dukket de opp for sent og gikk for tidlig.

Receptionisten ville alting til vores allerbedste, men det blev rodet og ustruktureret - det skal de vist øve lidt mere på. Herefter fungerede alting perfekt.

Great service—the staff is super nice, good facilities and very good location. Lots of local restaurants within 10-15 minute walk as well so you can eat off the resort if you wish.

The fitness facilities are good. Staff at the reception is helpful and knowledgeable. Service at the restaurant is ok on average: not 5 star service, but would be decent for a 3 star hotel (so not bad either). All rooms seem to have a decent view, so there’s no risk in booking any type of a room.

The weather turned so we didn’t get to take advantage of the beach and pool. Things looked nice but a bit of a sterile vibe about the place. The staff were not so accommodating about dining in the restaurant and we were finally seated and ignored for almost an hour before a waitress acknowledged us. She was friendly and saved the day. The power went out when we tried to check out and the front desk were not helpful or trying to come up with a solution but instead insisted on cash with no apology It just left a sour taste. If you are in to organized scheduling with activities sports and fitness it likely would suit your taste. Rooms were very clean and nice though and beds comfortable.

Overall nice
The staff was very friendly and helpful, our stay was very nice. The only negative comment would be regarding the mop trolleys waking us up each morning. As the corridor floors are covered with tiles, the cleaning ladies were making some noise when wheeling the mop buckets. The place was kept very clean though.

Mkt bra familje hotell, med bra pooler
Vi hade ett familjerum med pool ihop med Grannen. Rummet var mycket fint, men kanske inte topp finish. Lite långt att gå till den stora gemensamma poolen och baren, vilket när man har all- inclusive är en nackdel... Stranden var av klappersten, vilket är skönt om man vill slippa all sand. Bufferestaurangen får toppbetyg, mycket varierande rätter trots en veckas vistelse. Jag rekommenderar Cavo Spada till de som vill ha bra pooler, nära till strand, bra buffé restaurang och bra service. Vill man dessutom röra på sig under vistelsen finns det flera mkt bra aktiviteter som drivs av Apollo.

Okay oplevelse
Middel oplevelse. Lidt slidt stand og meget beskidt pool. Venligt personale. Virkelig dårlig mad, meget fedtholdigt, brunt og ikke varierende

However most of our guests are totally satisfied from the variety and the quality of our buffet restaurant, since there are plenty of choices for any kind of tastes. Moreover, all of our pools are cleaned daily. If you had any issue regarding the cleanness or the quality of the water during your stay you have to inform our front in order to give us the chance to solve any existing problem. very nice hotel close to the beach
the hotel is amazing and the staff is great, the pool is very nice so about the kids pool, rooms are very clean, i have really enjoyed my staying there and i do recommend this hotel.

Cold, unfriendly staff and no customer service
We enjoyed our stay but it had everything to do with being on vacation and nothing to do with service. Customer service simply doesn't seem to be a thing. For a 5 star resort, I'd expect being greeted with a smile and a "how are you" by most, if not everyone. Every request came across like a "favor" which again doesn't make sense considering how much we paid to stay there, staying in their most expensive room. One waitress would even often suck her teeth as she came to clean our table. The managers are nice but really need to train their staff on being courteous. We've stayed at probably hundreds of resorts and always enjoy having the chance to interact with the staff and get to know them. The staff here was cold and unfriendly and it did affect our experience. We did come across a couple of exceptions which was refreshing but really wished people were simply nicer! The rooms were fine, generally clean with a few exceptions and the food at the restaurant was good. It was nice to see they they incorporate Greek food in the menu and would have been nice to hear Greek music too in the halls rather than American music.

Hotel wurde über Expedia gebucht, Geld im Vorfeld abgebucht. Hotel war dann aber ohne vorherige Information (keine Benachrichtigung via Handy oder E-Mail) geschlossen. Toller Urlaubsbeginn und danke Expedia! (Achtung Ironie!)

hôtel non conforme à un 5*
Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel Cavo Spada du 18 octobre au 31 octobre 2015 et nous avons été déçu par les prestations qui ne correspondent pas du tout à un hôtel 5 étoiles. A notre arrivée, nous avons été installé dans notre chambre avec piscine privée, le premier jour une odeur désagréable se dégageait dans la salle de bain, nous avons prévenu la réception qui a dit qu'elle nous enverrait quelqu'un, le lendemain quelqu'un est passé, après le petit déjeuner la réceptionniste nous a dit que le problème était réglé, en retournant dans la chambre nous sommes étonnés de trouver la porte ouverte et toujours cette odeur nauséabonde (odeur d'égout dans la chambre) nous retournons à la réception pour signaler que la porte de notre chambre était ouverte et la réceptionniste nous demande si nous étions sure de l'avoir fermée alors que c'était le cas, au bout de plusieurs minutes quelqu'un était repassé pour l'odeur mais c'était pareil on a alors demandé à changer de chambre. En changeant de chambre nous n'avons pas eu d'aide pour déménager nos affaires alors que je suis enceinte et que s'est sensé être un 5*. En changeant de chambre nous avions également une odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain mais qui était moins forte, alors on s'est résigné et gardé la chambre. En ce qui concerne le personnel, il n'est pas aimable du tout, le personnel du restaurant n'est pas serviable et aimable. Le dernier jour avant de partir nous avons rendu nos clés et voulu payer nos extras en carte bleue, et
