They dont allow you to check i. Until way passed noon i wasnt able to check in until 4 even though my lease agreement stated that i had leasing rights from 10 am til 10 am but oitside of that it was everything i could have wanted in a rental

Best Cabin we have stayed in!!
This was the best location to everything without the busyness of downtown Pigeon Forge! We watched the DW fireworks and heard the train! Cabin was IMMACULATE...felt like we were the first to ever stay it was so clean! Cant wait to go back again!

What a lovely cabin! We loved being close to all the activity of Pigeon Forge and enjoy the quiet, mountain feel all at the same time. We loved our stay and appreciated excellent communication with the host as well.

Treetop Cabin at Smokey Rentals
My wife and I loved this cabin! If we come back to Pigeon Forge, we will 100% stay here again. Everything was wonderful and I highly recommend anyone to stay here. It will meet the needs of every visitor from small child to older adult. Thank you again for such a wonderful getaway!

New Property - Amazing Stay
Property is brand new - has that awesome fresh cut wood smell. Booking, check-in/out was simple. Very well supplied, and bed is comfortable. Convenient location to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely would book again.

Family vacation
Perfect spot for our family vacation! The cabin was super nice and plenty of room for the four of us. We loved being in the trees and being so close to activities and grocery store, and everything! Hosts were really helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Great stay
It is a new cabin (small) but nice for two people. Location is great especially when you use trolley to go to Dollywood. There is not a closet so be prepared for that although it does have a washer and dryer where that space would normally be a closet. Really enjoyed our stay!

Cozy Mountain Cabin
My husband and I booked this cabin in hopes of a cozy mountain retreat time - and that is exactly what we had! When we first walked in, we were immediately impressed by how clean, almost sparkling, the rooms were. We made good use of the full sized refrigerator and oven, fixing some of our meals "at home" and eating them in the fresh air on the tree top deck. At night, the string lights on our deck were echoed delightfully by the illuminated decks nearby and below. It was a beautiful sight. High on our list of importance is a comfortable bathroom. This one more than met our expectations. It was clean and well stocked. The walk-in shower was roomy and easily accessed by us as seniors. The cabin location was ideal. Although it was a hill-top site, it was not on an overly steep hill. Likewise, the location was close to Dollywood and other venues. We loved our evening at The Biblical Times Dinner Theatre while there. As lovely as the cabin was, it was the little touches that made us so comfortable. A wagon was provided to easily bring suitcases and supplies to the room -- quite a thoughtful touch. The door lock combination was customized to be easy to remember. Most of all, we felt backed up if we needed assistance. Stacy, the manager, made it clear that she would respond quickly to any questions we had. We definitely felt cared for, and would love to come back again.

Met all expectations!
Was wonderful as soon as we pulled up! The location was stunning and in a safe area. The property manager was very friendly and hands on. The manager was easy to communicate with and responsive. The overall cabin was clean and welcoming! The bed was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was clean as well and the shower was phenomenal! We will be back for sure! We will also recommend to others! Wonderful stay!

This cabin was awesome !!!! Had all you needed for a perfect vacation. It was very clean and nice . No issues at all. Stacy has excellent communication and didn’t keep you waiting . This was booked for a quick weekend getaway. It was our first VRBO experience. We were thrilled with how conveniently located it was to restaurants and attractions yet felt secluded enough to feel like we were in the mountains. The unit was perfect for what we needed, and the hot tub was relaxing after a long drive. The rental team kept us thoroughly informed leading up to and during our stay. We wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back.
