You will have a fully private studio with beautiful walk-in shower, 42” flat screen smart TV, mini-kitchen for meal prep & a 10” memory foam mattress platform bed.

Guests have full access to their own private units with keyless entry. (Code will be a available upon day of arrival as codes are changed between guests). Laundry room is available with front loading washer and dryers that are coin operated and open with code access 24 hours. Code will also be in check in instructions. Coin changer on site.

Bring your personal items and let us provide you with efficient and safe living while in Pigeon Forge.

We do not have an on-site office. Be sure and read check in instructions prior to your arrival to obtain studio access.

Please be aware we do not provide daily housekeeping or provide additional toilet paper/trash bags during your stay. We provide two rolls per bathroom and a two trash bags in kitchen. Please prepare should you have extended stays.

We are less than 3 miles from Dollywood and one mile from The Island. We set between Teaster Lane and Veterans Blvd. You’ll find the location to be both convenient with a nice park-like setting. The brand new Food City is less than one mile away. You will find this location off the beaten path but so close to all the action. Also note we are approximately one mile from the landfill. Sometimes it can smell but not often.

We have a zero tolerance policy for unlawful activity which includes any illegal drug activity. We have a clean, safe and appealing community to call home and want to keep it that way. We stand behind our philosophy of “If you see something, say something!”

The landfill, which is less than 1 mile away can produce a strong odor at times. This is a random occurrence that is dependent mainly on weather and winds. We are at the property often and it generally occurs Monday mornings and some mornings more so than evenings as well as after rains in the heat and humidity. More often than not it's not a huge issue but there are times it can be quite strong, on these days it affects most of pigeon Forge including Dollywood and the strip. You will never have an issue inside the studios. It is extremely rare to have this occur at night or weekends. The convenience of the cabin outweighs the rain and potential for this odor.

Love the area away from all traffic. Isolated from busy Parkway which is always busy. Peaceful area not busy at all. Did not like the smell from the garbage everyday and I know that is hard to control. Overall will stay again. Loved the kitchenette and laundry area too to do wash.

Exactly what we needed
We loved this property. We only stayed two nights but it did what it needed to do. It was clean and comfortable and we have no complaints. Will book again. Side note - we did smell the landfill but it wasn’t that bad. Wasn’t that big of a deal honestly.

There for a week…
The check in process was flawless. However, the unit was very small. We dealt with that ok. My husband likened it to a cruise ship cabin. We attempted to cook bacon in a skillet on the stove, that didn’t go so well. The burner didn’t get all that hot and the skillet was warped and didn’t conduct heat well enough to cook the bacon. After about 30 minutes, had to finish cooking it in the microwave. Didn’t attempt to use it again. We were furnished with one kitchen washcloth and one kitchen towel… for a week. There were instructions to leave everything clean as you found it, which is fine but hard to do with dirty linens. The water pressure leaves a lot to be desired. We were furnished 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for the week. The bathroom had a musty/moldy smell. We left the bathroom fan running for the duration of our stay. Again, 2 towels each for the week. One hand towel to share for the week. The air conditioning unit for our room had a broken drain (exterior); there was a bucket under it that my husband emptied multiple time a day so that the walkway wasn’t continually wet. Again, this was a source of musty/moldy smell inside the room. Lastly, there is the location. Very curvy, windy road to get there that in some sections is in disrepair due to ongoing construction. It’s also in close proximity to the dump which frequently smells pretty bad. This is my honest assessment. Not terrible but not good either.

this little place was perfect! it was so cozy and clean. I’d say my 2 favorite things about the stay was the fireplace under the tv and the shower! me and my husband stayed for our honeymoon and just this little studio alone made our entire trip! We will be back.

Perfect location
It was nice and cozy for just the 2 of us. We had a business trip and I needed something close to the LaConte center. The room Itself was good and the location again was perfect. I'm Giving a 4 because We did find hair in the shower and the sink in the bathroom did not drain well. But other than the many stray hairs in the shower, the rest of the room was very tidy.( I did try to contact, but never got a response) If this review has any weight I would hope that the managers would add some sort of small shelf under the mirror above the sink for placing Toiletries on. And a towel ring of some kind, the sink had absolutely no space for Anything.

Loved staying here!
The location is primarily why I chose this place, I was tired of staying on the main road and waiting forever to get in and out of the parking lots. It’s quiet and peaceful, but be aware it is small but we were only there to sleep so it didn’t bother us!

Great little gem in Pigeon Forge
I can't say enough nice things about this property! The rooms have been newly renovated and are super cute. We had everything we needed and its close to EVERYTHING. The host was absolutely fantastic and our room had one the best beds I've ever slept on while traveling! Seriously great place at a great value! We will be back for sure.

Great weekend in the Smokies!
The motel style studios are newly renovated and very nice! When we arrived there was a little trouble with the key code but the management was very easy to contact and was able to quickly help us out. We didn't have the need for a kitchen but they and a great kitchenette that would be perfect to make a few meals and save a little money. We had a great stay and this was a great quality place within our budget.

Bad timing...
The property was clean and convenient. We were there on the two coldest nights of the season and the pipes in our room froze both nights. My husband twisted his ankle stepping off a curb and the trip went down hill from there.

Clean and cozy
When coming to the mountains we usually stay in the typical cabin, but this year we decided to stay in something a little smaller and closer to town. This place was definitely the right choice! Our room was small but very cozy and clean, perfect for two people. We had a slight issue with our shower (frozen pipes, no fault of the property or owners). When I messaged Lisa she was quick to reply and help us in any way she could. She had someone come out and fix the shower in a timely manner. We very much appreciated how easy to talk to she was and how nice she was about everything. If you’re looking for a smaller place that’s clean and a little closer to the main drag, this is the place for you. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Oh my gosh! What a sweet place for just the 2 of us! So close to town, but you'd never know it, it was so quiet. Would have preferred a microwave instead of the oven, but that's just me. I've shown so many friends the pics, they are considering a visit. The landfill was a little stinky, but probably because it was rainy. We didn't spend a whole lot of time outside anyway...

Close to everything clean place very small.
We enjoyed our stay road contraction was awful n having to go by waste plant everyday instead of other entrance from teaster rd. Microwave would have been nice n no bedside lamp n the sleeping area was dark at night. We do not like ceiling fan light Over all a good stay not sure we will use again needed a little more room.

Cannot stay there with smell/No TV
The room itself was absolutely beautiful. Just as they described it inside. They mention a slight smell occasionally but that is not true. Even driving to the location the smell was so bad I gagged all the way. When I sent out to even get in my car the smell made me almost throw up. Many times the smell inside the room was just as bad. I even brought a can of Febreeze just in case and it did not even help. I would love to stay there again but I do not know how you keep it booked with the smell. Also, there was no tv unless every time I tried a station it required me to subscribe and pay. I could not even get local stations to watch football games. I am sorry but this is a terible situation especially with how nice the room is inside. I will never stay there again

Great Cozy Place to Stay!
We loved it :)! Not far from Dollywood, cute and cozy. Half the cost of the hotels around the area. We would definitely stay here again!
