Equipped with an integrated gas hob, New world oven, full-sized fridge and freezer, microwave oven, and Nespresso coffee machine, the kitchen caters to your every culinary need. Pots, pans, plates, glasses, and serving dishes ensure a genuine home-from-home experience.

Two modern bedrooms await your relaxation. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, wall-mounted TV, dressing area, fitted wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom with a full-sized bath, low-level wash hand basin, and W.C. Bedroom two features twin beds, fitted wardrobes with drawers underneath, and is adjacent to an additional bathroom with a shower, low-level wash hand basin, and W.C.

Gas central heating and free Wi-Fi come standard, providing comfort and connectivity throughout your stay. There's ample parking space for two cars to the side of the mobile home, enhancing your convenience.

The holiday site, with integrated roadways and walkways, ensures easy access to private retreats adjacent to the private beach. Dive into the on-site amenities, including an indoor swimming pool, gym, arcades, children's entertainment, clubhouse with a restaurant and bar, launderette, football and sports court, and evening entertainment. Passes can be purchased from the park reception.

Park Facilities are fully open during peak times. Passes to enable guests full use of the gym, indoor swimming pool, entertainment programme, family bar, and all-weather sports pitch.

(Correct prices as of Sept 2023). You can purchase the pass from the main reception area just across the road from the holiday home. There are no facilities during off peak times, however, don't forget the beach is just a pebble’s throw from the mobile home and is great in the winter too. You could enjoy the surf during the blustery weather or wrap up warm and take a walk along the long and beautiful bay. Eastbourne, Battle and Hastings are also great winter places to explore.

While we strive to accommodate our guests' needs to the best of our ability, unfortunately, we are unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this time.

Our dedicated cleaning teams require sufficient time to thoroughly prepare the property between guests to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment for everyone. By adhering to our standard check-in and check-out times, we can maintain the high standards that we aim to provide for each guest.

For your reference, our check-in time is after 4.00 pm and our check-out time is before 10.00 am. We kindly ask for your cooperation in observing these times.
