Your Pensacola Beach adventure begins at this one-of-a-kind 7-bedroom house. A spectacular backyard space with a private pickle ball court, putting green, cornhole, and more! Enjoy the peaceful public Soundside beach a short walk across the street, or experience the Gulf of America a couple of blocks to the south. Gulf Islands National Park is 4 miles East on Via de Luna Drive. Every summer, the Blue Angels have a beach airshow!

Bedding:
1st is located at the ground level with 2 twin bunk beds
2nd is located the ground level with 1 twin bunk bed with trundle
3rd is located at the ground level with 1 queen bed
4th is located at the ground level with 1 king bed
5th is located at the top level with 1 king bed
6th is located at the top level with 1 king bed
7th is located at the top level with 2 twin beds, with dedicated work desk

The living rooms are located in the ground level and top level, as well as in the sun room with Santa Rosa Sound view.

Kitchen and dining room are located at the top level with option to dine in the sun room or on the deck.

Please observe a few rules necessary to fully enjoy your stay. By staying in our home, you acknowledge receipt, understanding, and compliance with the following rules:

1. Please remember this is our guest home. Respect it and its contents to provide the same enjoyment and comforts to others in the future.
2. You are relaxing in a house within a subdivision. Respect your neighbors by minimizing noise and distracting lights. Please drive carefully in the community and obey all traffic signs.
3. You are staying in a natural environment. In addition to respecting the environment, remember that you may encounter wildlife such as alligators, bears, pelicans, and other animals during your stay. Do NOT attempt to feed or approach any wildlife. Also, remember that insects (including ticks and mosquitoes) are everywhere, and you should expect to see them. Please prepare appropriately.
4. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the house. If you smoke in the home, there will be a $250 cleaning fee and any fees required to rent equipment to clean the air.
5. Use of firearms in the house or anywhere in the community is prohibited.
6. Use of fireworks is prohibited.
7. Pets are not allowed! If found to have had a pet on the property, there will be a $400 charge.
8. Parties are strictly prohibited on the property. If rules are broken, there will be an additional $450 cleaning fee.
9. Only the number of guests during registration is permitted to stay overnight at the residence.
10. Person booking and checking in must be at least 25 years old to reserve and must occupy the rental property throughout the whole stay.
11. Please flush only toilet paper along with wastewater in the bathrooms. Please do not flush other materials such as hygiene products, applicators, makeup remover cloths, trash, clothing, baby/sanitizer wipes, or other foreign materials. These need to be disposed of in the trash cans provided in each bathroom to prevent clogging and improper operation of the sanitation system. IF THE TOILET IS CLOGGED, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PLUMBING FEE AND ANY COST ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ISSUE.
12. ABSOLUTELY NO LATE CHECKOUTS-10 minutes past 10 am will result in a minimum of $100.00 late fee; anything above 10 minutes will result in a fee increase. You may ask for possible later or earlier check-ins, and if applicable, with the completion of cleaning companies' needs, we may be able to grant a later check-out or earlier check-in in
13. We follow our stated cancellation policies under all circumstances. We highly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to cover weather-related issues (such as tropical storms and hurricanes) and illnesses that may arise and interrupt their travel.
