Our room was a little worn down, especially carpet and shower. The checkin staff were great. The breakfast buffet was very good. We also used the shuttle service to the airport.

This hotel by far the worst hotel I have been to! Let start with the positive! It’s very run down on the outside! When i arrive at check in I didn’t even know that I had breakfast included! I didn’t know what time breakfast was being served! The A.C in my room did not work so after arguing with the front desk numerous of time they bought me a portable fan! The room was extremely muggy and had an old carpet smell! The restaurant food being serve cold ! How do you get served cold burger or pasta with sauce! I had to ask them to reheat the food! They have infused water that is complimentary but they don’t keep it fresh! No ice nor is it cold! 3 days at the hotel no towels in my room! The housekeepers are on the floor and they don’t come to do daily cleaning even when u put a sign that clearly states please clean room! I was told by the staff at the front desk they don’t speak English! I can go on and on but I’m gonna keep it brief! Save your money and find you a Marriott cause this hotel is really absolutely worst than motel 6

Great hotel! The staff was friendly and the interior was beautiful! Just a note, the airport shuttle stops running between around 12pm-5pm, so if you have an afternoon flight you may have to figure out other transportation or wait.

Reasonably priced and convenient location next to CDG. Complimentary shuttle to/from terminal 2 was a nice surprise. Obviously a bit of a trip from anywhere you really wanna be in Paris.

Came was charged 50$ deposit on top of stay nd charged an extra 30$ because the wall adapters are deep and didn’t take the one I had checking in was horrible I was skipped in line so they can help someone that came after me then when it was my turn the lady walked away after just getting there to help the person that was infront of me

We were tired. We needed a meal, abshower and some sleep. That's what I remember getting. Only complaint is that their satisfaction survey I just tried to fill out was not accepted because I did not have an opinion about the breakfast because I did not eat breakfast. Waste of time.

The place is great, great beds and great pillows. Just skip the breakfast, this was the worst breakfast we had in Paris, other than that it was a very comfortable stay.

The only positives were close proximity to the airport, the price and decent room size, which was above the average in Paris. Have not reviewed the breakfast yet, because I felt compelled to write this review first for the main situation. Don’t come here to get a restful sleep after a long week and a bit in the country. They had a group having a dance party late into the night past midnight. The music from across the hotel is reverberating off our room and it’s impossible to get a solid rest. I don’t recommend this place if I can’t expect a decent sleep. It’s apparently a 4 star hotel, but not like the other ones we stayed at in the city center or in Belgium this week. Call ahead to ensure there are no large boisterous groups planning on ruining your stay. Not considering any return to this place on this sole fact, because it otherwise would likely have been a good stay but the experience has been soured. Sorry that I have to give it a poor review, because the staff do not deserve this, I’d look at management to make better considerations going forward.

They promised a shuttle to the airport, but they did not have one for the time we needed it. They should precise that their shuttle work only from 6 am and not during the night. So this hotel is not suitable for those needing to be at the airport before 6:30 am, ruining the advantages of spending the night near the airport. We had to spend 30 Euros to reach the airport in taxi, which added to the expected cost of our stay in the hotel.
