The decoration of the hotel is really cozy and warm. Our goal for us is that you feel like at home! The layout of the rooms is great as well (even if they are not very big). There is everything you need (Hair dryer, mini bar, flat screen TV, complimentary tea and coffee,High Speed Free Wifi, BeInSport, Canal +, USB sockets, etc.). We are indeed, ideally located close to the Saint Lazare station which allows for fast travel to most of the sights. The Champs Elysées and Concorde are just 20 minutes away on foot. Otherwise, we are always happy to give directions on how to use the metro and provide you with the best itineraries. We take great care of our property and like to make sure that every room is renovated and refurbished whenever necessary. To compensate for the small size of the room we make sure that there is everything you might need inside. It is always interesting to read the comments of our guests. Despite some positive points, it seems that you had some problems, especially with the size of the room. I am deeply sorry that you were inconvenienced by our deluxe room which is the smallest category in the hotel. Normally we do recommend our Prestige rooms if you are staying more than 2 nights for your comfort. We do ask every time to our guest if everything is good or if there is any questions about anything in the hotel! We count on you to inform us, so that we can solve the problem. The reception is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Although small, our breakfast is fresh and locally sourced and I must say I am disappointed that you did not fully appreciate it. We would love for you to let us know what you found to be missing from our offering.
