I loved the pool area and the ability to have a Disney property stay with on-site benefits. I loved the walkability to Disney Springs. The bar area at the pool had poor service. The bartenders were very slow, and all drinks were very expensive. I don't mind paying more for drinks on vacation, but I am disappointed when I am paying so much more for poor service. The water in the rooms smelled very strongly of sulfur, and the room itself had everything necessary, but I would say it is a good budget option and not necessarily a nice room to stay in. The beds were not very comfortable either. The bathroom and shower were also kind of gross. That being said, we would stay here again for a very good budget option if we knew we would not have much time in the room.
The one thing that was bad, however, was the table of ladies with the coupon books when we walked in. They yelled at us, and were rude when we walked by. They were trying to pressure us to get our offers from them, which we did not desire, and it took a few minutes to get them to leave us alone. We had already booked our stay, and we were planning on spending many hundreds of dollars at the parks. I don't want to be pressured to sign up for more things once I arrive at my resort and I have my plan set. It felt like being yelled at by someone selling cell phone service at a Walmart.
