What a joke. Resort fee, plus parking, plus Internet. The fees are a joke and service all around was slow for everything. Also the room service food looked like it was leftovers from a convention happening.

Great place.. have done a great job keeping it updated over the years. Staff very friendly yet seemed to be lacking at keeping tables cleaned in bar/restaurant area. Bartender put down filthy boxes on bar, in front of our food to prep utensils, and annoyed when asked to move them. Other than that…

I loved this property! It was so much more than we expected. My son and I had a wonderful time. From the staff to all of the amenities it was perfect! Let me especially shout out the staff from the front desk, room service, by the pool, valet and the poolside bar had great customer service, they were very friendly and welcoming! Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to return!

The hotel lobby is beautiful. The rooms need to be updated. Bed was hard as a rock. Definitely not worth what we paid! Dont order the skirt steak it is very fatty and chewy!

For how expensive it was, there was no fine dining! The wine bar was okay, but really no place to sit and have a nice dinner! Only 1 usb charger in our room, but it was a pretty old hotel and could use an update for the money they charge to stay there. Bathroom was pretty rough looking and lots of stains on the couch and carpet. Wouldn't stay there again.

Loved the hotel. Clean, staff was super friendly. Rooms were large and comfortable. Aveeda products ( rosemary and mint). Beautiful decor and design throughout the entire hotel. My reason for the 4 not 5 stars is as fallows. The food and drink credit was not given and when asked about it they gave me two coupons for a beer or wine and one of us was a 15 year old minor, so that was no help. The room we were given was across the hotel, we were directed to the elevators. We got up to our floor and after caring our baggage half way around the hotel we found our room located directly across from the second set of elevators. It would have been nice to know there were closer, more accessible to our room. Learning lessons is I will NEVER stay in a room across from the elevator again. Starting around 6am you could hear the mechanics of them from inside the room. The clunks of the elevator went off every 15 seconds for the rest of the stay. Awful sleep to say the least. I was less than thrilled that after a bad night sleep there wasn’t coffee in the room and my drink coupon wouldn’t work for that either. Sometimes it’s the small details that get overlooked, that make the biggest impact. I would stay again but with some stricter stipulations, suck as location of the room and making sure there is coffee in the morning. I would definitely skip paying for the food and drink credit because it’s likely you won’t get it. Also be prepared for an additional $45 fee, $36 nights self parking.

We stayed here for 5 days for a family vacation. The concierge service staff was absolutely phenomenal. The two gals on 1/23/24 were so nice and full of great information and helped us plan our SeaWorld adventure!!

Check in Staff was awesome. The concierge: they never answered Their phone, they didn’t seem to really understand how to help someone. One worker seemed more intent on trying to sell me a product than helping me. The room was great though. resort fees are a joke. You can’t advertise “free Wi-Fi” and then, when you ask what the resort fee is it, to pay for the free drink coupons we gave you or the free Wi-Fi.
