The staff is very helpful, but the hotel is not a good standard, the humidity in the room is too high to dry any clothes at all. The coffee machine is just awful, we gave up on trying to make any drinkable coffee

The bathroom needed to be fixed something where loose and shower curtains had holes, could hear all conversation from the next room and you need to ask for room service if not you don’t get it …… Expedia rates it better than it really is…. The rooms in the picture looks better then it really is.

We liked the area outside to sit and enjoy snacks and meals. Pool area was able to access from all sides and not have to walk around. Bar staff was great!

The room was clean and comfortable; however, if you arrive via public transportation service (taxi, Uber, etc.) getting to the room with you luggage can prove challenging at night. Eventhough I was presented with a property map, the night time lighting and unfamiliarity of the property layout versus the staff explanation to get to room resulted in a slightly longer walk with lots of "I don't see the room number" thoughts.

The room was inexpensive which is why I booked it. The room opens directly to the outdoors. Room quality: nightstand bottom drawer was broken and the walls are very thin (could hear the neighbors talking). Room cleaning is limited and needs to be requested. WiFi poor bandwidth and the network kept dropping. A mediocre place that gets the job done for the price. I wouldn’t book here again.

For the price this hotel/motel is awesome!! It is an easy walk to Universal (about 20 minutes) and they offer a shuttle as well. The shuttle times are limited (would be nice if they ran later, the last one leaves the park at 7:35 but the park closes at 9:00). We would catch the shuttle there and walk home. There is also a shuttle to SeaWorld but also leaves early so we shuttled there and took an Uber back (about $13 USD). The hotel was great, the 2 restaurants were good, a fridge in the room, water cooler in the gym with hot and cold water which was great!! If you would like your room cleaned you need to request it but it was super easy to get clean towels, toilet paper and whatever you needed from the front desk. Everyone was very friendly and helpful!! They even have a laundry room which was very helpful after getting soaked on the water rides in Universal. Our room was clean, sheets and towels were all clean. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are going to Orlando to go to Universal. Great stay 😁

No cleaning service for the 3 nights we stayed, but the room was very clean to start. Check in was quick. It was quiet and the room was large. Comfortable bedding and a reasonable price. We would stay again.

The property is well taken care of. It was not clear to me before I booked that this is more of a motel, with the doors to the rooms outside. There are no elevators. The photos online are beautiful and the lobby looks just as it does in photos. The rooms, on the other hand, look much more shabby IRL. Rooms are clean-ish, but could be cleaner. Staff was friendly. Not a lot of breakfast options. Quite loud outside of the room and could be heard in the room.

The place is HORRIBLE, we didn’t get our room on time and the owner/ manager and staff are rude, lack training and are very inefficient. I will never ever stay in this hotel or any Clarion.

We are sorry to hear that you were still not satisfied with the entire hotel team as they were all working together to expedite both of your rooms for your check in on the day of your arrival back in December 29, 2023 during the busy holiday season. The entire team works diligently every day to provide all of our guests with the best customer service and guest experience, as well as nicely maintain our property & facilities each day for our guests, yet their efforts were still not to your satisfaction, when you had the entire hotel team including the General Manager working to accommodate your special request needs to have both rooms to be together and on the first floor.
