The property is situated in a pleasant neighborhood, but our check-in experience was rather challenging. High extra costs were charged in case of a rental to more than 2 persons. Long delay in the repayment of the deposit.

Upper West Side charmer
Charming, cozy, comfortable, well-equipped and well- located, this one bedroom residence on the Upper West Side was a welcome and homey spot from which to explore all of NYC. The A,B,C subway line is just one block away —as is the Museum of Natural History—and the walk across Central Park to the Museum Mile a mere 20 minutes long. The apartment was very clean and the check-in a breeze. And having lived in NYC, we also appreciated that there was plenty of hot water. A great find!

Upper Westside Apartment
This is the second time we have stayed at this well located building across the street from Central Park, 1/2 block to subway and easy walk to restaurants and shops. We love it and will stay there again. Very nice and cooperative owners.
