The hotel is quite nice, and the standard of the room is good - but the service Level needs improvement. We arrived quite late, 21:00, and just wanted some food in the room. There should have been a room service menu in the room, this was missing. We called Room service and asked them to send us a menu, they assured us that we would get it right a way. After 10 minutes, they called back to check if we had got it - we had not. They again send that we would get it immidiatetely. After another 10 minutes, we called them back and asked where the menu was - they said they would send it too us... We gave up, and went to the restaurant instead, A very nice restaurant, nicely set table. When we asked for the menu, there was none. They had decided to serve buffet only. There war a few warm meat dishes at the buffet, not what we were looking for. We asked again if it was possible to get a menu, to order a salad or something, that was not possible. So we went back to the room, and had to have a bag of peanuts for dinner... Next day, when we checked out, there was no question if we had a nice stay, or if anything was not as expected. So: We slept well, hotel and room fine, but this is not the service level you would expect at the hotel in this category...
