Absolutely loved our stay at the hotel! While the rooms were a bit dated, they were impeccably clean. The array of food options and abundance of activities catered perfectly to our family of two adults and two children. The property is gorgeous. The beach and pools are beautiful. Our family really enjoyed the lazy-river. The rooms are dated but the beds were very comfortable. Our family is vegetarian and the food options are limited. The staff tried to accommodate and kudos to them for this. Overall, we would return again.

Beautiful. Great entertainment. Drinks were good, but had minimal alcohol. Loved the jerk chicken and pork. Good room. Slow on the cleaning of the room. Only had the room cleaned once because by they time they got around to it, we were back in our rooms resting and getting ready for dinner.

Overall it was a good stay. The lazy river and the water slides were the best. The pool was good and never felt too crowded. It's close to MBJ Airport. The food was okay. There were limited options for kids play areas. Room service was okay, but ocean front room was awesome!

They have to work on their staff, very rude people. Check in was horrible took one hour in line to get checked in. Entertainment was alright some days, nothing special. Only thing that was good were food, balcony view and water slide.

The resort was perfect!!!! I honestly don’t have one complaint. The staff was amazing from the moment you step foot on the property. From the front desk to the restaurant staff to the housekeeping. There was so many activities and amazing shows. The food was amazing (especially the Jerk Hut, thanks Dave!) the omelets were top notch every morning and Orange was the best waiter with the best mimosas!!!! Best vacation I ever had. It was very family friendly without making it feel like kids were running around everywhere. I truly love Hilton Rose Hall of Montego Bay!

I enjoyed staying at this all inclusive resort. The property was very clean. Some of the workers were not very friendly mostly the women. Some of them weren’t very friendly. Overall I would stay here again and I would recommend it.

The property was ok. Overall staff was nice and friendly for the most part. The highlight was the pool with slides - fun for kids. The food was quite good for an all-inclusive resort. The negative: 1. As we arrived to the property we had to stand in line to check in for over an hour! Way too long. The property should really get more staff to the check-in desk in the afternoons when most people are arriving. 2. It is advertised that the property has 6 restaurants, but for the first three evenings of our stay we couldn’t get reservations in any of the restaurants and were forced to go to the buffet every night. There must be a misalignment somewhere with the number of hotel guests and seats at the restaurants. 3. The beach in front of the hotel is full of seaweed and is way too short to walk on. Was truly a bummer as I love taking long walks on the beach.

We understand that waiting for over an hour is frustrating, and we are actively working on improving our check-in process to reduce wait times, especially during peak arrival hours.Regarding the restaurant reservations, we regret to hear that you were unable to secure a reservation at any of our restaurants for the first three evenings of your stay. We are continuously reviewing and adjusting our reservation system to better accommodate the needs of our guests. Our room was only average. It did not have a coffee maker, as was listed. Also, one of the closet doors was missing a handle and the shower and air conditioning both made weird noises. The view from the balcony was wonderful, however.

There is always room for improvement. I liked this resort and all it had to offer. Things to improve would be more activities for teens, and older teens. Teen zone didn’t have much to offer and was filled with younger kids. Invest in better pillows, or offer options. The pillows were horrible. More Caribbean options in the buffet, I don’t visit Jamaica to eat pizza or chicken nuggets. Rooms were a bit dated, but more than enough space and clean, with a well stocked mini bar. Most of the people were really nice!!! Notepads, should be added to the rooms to leave thank you notes for the staff. Overall, we felt safe. We walked the grounds at night. There is staff and security everywhere.

4 days stay - very nice property. Rooms are dated. Bathrooms were fairly small. Buffet was excellent, pool and beach were great. There is a great coffee shop on the main level with good coffee and pastries and and ice-cream. The exterior and grounds were very well kept. I didn't care for the cocktails. Would have been nice to have a premium bar/lounge on the property.
