Barna elsket det!
Med vannparken og svømmebassengene var de i ekstase. Det var nesten ikke folk der, så de hadde nesten alt for seg selv. God mat, hyggelig personal og atmosfære. Vil absolutt anbefale.

We absolutely loved this hotel. We stayed for 2 night but wish we had stayed longer. Everything was exceptional- from the welcome drinks on arrival, to the spa services, the vast options for breakfast and dinner buffet, the afternoon tea included as part of the half board option, the amazing song and dance we received at dinner for our honeymoon, the great views and the spacious rooms. They even decorated our room as they knew this was part of our honeymoon trip. Honestly, this looked and felt like a 5 star resort.

Good hotel but flawed service.
Our stay was ok, but with some shortfalls in the service. Our room was not ready despite arriving 3 hours after check in time, waited for an hour. No bathroom mats & our child fell. Less water bottles provided. Worst bit the mattress smelt of urine & when we told them they didn’t change it & only flipped it. Waiters at the restaurant were not friendly & appeared overworked. Overall for the amount charged, it’s not value for money. They can do much better.

From the day I arrived they were very friendly. All the STAFF’s were amazing (I can’t even mention one person)☺️. The place was clean. They gave my son, the best birthday surprise by singing to him and bringing him a cake. First I want to say kudos to the MG for making sure am taken care off after falling sick. The nurses were professional. Thanks to Rashid at the reception for smiling and making sure we had an extra bed. Entertainment team were really good and made the day go by faster. The only thing I didn’t like is there is no changing room if you happen to arrive before check in time, they told us to use the toilet next the reception. Also the bar is supposed to be on the adult only side not kids side.

Food was excellent. There was variety everyday. Pool was over crowded and customers booked the pool canopies for the entire day instead of using it for a few hours and letting others use it as well. A system of allowing a person use it for a max of 3 hours would avert such a situation

I stayed at PI for 10 nights in Sept. 2022. My experience is that the hotel is clean and the staff members are fabulous. They are friendly and helpful. On the other hand, as a traveler who has experienced other properties in a number of countries, there could be an improvement in the food. I felt that there was not much variety for breakfast or dinner. The fare was basically Kenyan dishes. I would have loved to have other dishes, for example, there could be themed nights where there are foods from other cultures. No lunch was ever provided. If you as a guest is depending on your meals being prepared by the hotel, you could go hungry during the day. In addition, there was no entertainment provided by the hotel. A few nights me and my wife heard music being played, but we were told that that was for private functions being held at the hotel.

We had items stolen from our room. Including money removed from our safe.The manager made it seem as if we were lying and that they had trusted staff. They had CCTV in front of our room. It only showed us and staff entering our room. After reporting the theft, I felt unsupported by management. It was so uncomfortable didn’t leave our room for the rest of our stay. When we were checking out the manager told us that if we fill out a police report then the insurance might be able to reimburse us for our lose. It took us 2.5 hours to have the police report filled. We have yet to get anything reimbursed.

It is one of the best get away from the hassles and baseless of city life. An opportunity to connect with nature. Clean and and friendly environment. The swimming pool was super clean despite being busy. They meticulously disinfect and clean it every day. Value for money! The food is good but the menu could be improved in terms of having different entries on the table every other day. Welcoming and supportive staff!

Its a good facility for kids to have fun but they could do so much better with the rooms. Our room had cockroaches so I didn't particularly enjoy my stay, as I suffer from Katsaridaphobia and couldn't wait to leave. Kids metal beds are old and worn and rusted. Meals like dinner don't come with a soft drink like most hotels. We had to buy. At check out the number of drinks charged to our room were inaccurate.

Top notch hotel and staff
We had an incredible one night stay at the Pride Inn. We arrived very early for a check in (well before check out time so no room was available), but we were able to have a delicious breakfast and lounge by the pool while we waited. We were able to check in early and our room was upgraded to a beach view and it was so very comfortable, clean and cool. The service all the way through from security, to desk staff, to luggage porters and the management staff was absolutely top notch. I am a full time traveller and am on the road 365 days a year, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
