Jambo Ashvin,Thank you for choosing to stay with us and glad you had a good time.Noted comments on the rooms’ tiredness, we have a continuing program of refreshing the rooms to bring them to tip-top condition. We appreciate comments on staff attitude and will pass these to them.On the few people who “got sick during our stay”, we wish to clarify that always maintain high standards of hygiene in the resort. Upon learning of any sick guest at the resort, through our GRO, we will always follow this up to nail the cause, and from our records, we could not trace any resulting from our food. We are nevertheless, sincerely sorry about the sick children in the room and that you were not able to take food to them. We will follow this up with our F&B team to correct this gap. We have also noted on the food running out during buffet and will take up with the kitchen team. We look forward to hosting you again soon.
