Dårlig service. Dårlig all incluciv, med mange for restriksjoner, og for få ansatte. Flott beliggenhet med nydelig utsikt, men endel støy fra veien. Godt renhold.

Hotellet mister litt sjarm, med å tillate bråk og barn i den rolige badeavdelingen. Lunsjen der er helt natta. Internettet ikke optimalt og rommene trenger snart en renovering . I tillegg herjer solsengmafiaen uten konsekvenser. Frokost og utsikt er upåklagelig

Deilig opplevelse
Ett flott alternativ for alle inkl barn. Veldig bra mat og renhold. Har vært mange plasser og dette hotellet var utrolig bra.. feks de lå på kne oh vasket risten rundt bassenget samt at vannkvalitet ble sjekket og målt 3 ganger den uken jeg var der..Taxi kom på 3min og ca 4 Euro til Puerto Rico.. anbefales!

Helt fantastisk
Vi ble møtt med smil og god service fra første dag - og slik var det hele uken igjennom. Fine rom, topp fasiliteter og god mat. Likte også at de ikke serverte vann i plastflasker men sa tydelig at de var miljøbevisst!!

Fint opphold på gran Canaria. Er veldig skuffet over at Hotels.com har slettet bonusovernattingene mine som jeg hadde uten å gi meg beskjed på forhånd. Hvis det er slik det virker er hele greien med bonusnetter en stor vits.

Very clean and good service. The location was fantastic, and the breakfast was incredible good. To put my finger on something, that would be the furnishings in the room. It was not the newest, and a little bit worn. And the room was not well soundproofed. You can very easily hear people from the hallway outside, even if they were not talking very loud. Other than that my stay was absolutely fantastic.

Mitt absolutte yndlingshotell! Jeg har vært der tre ganger, og stedet gir meg fantastiske dager med ro, god mat og litt luksus. Litt småkluss i resepsjonen og med betjeningen i restauranten denne gang, gjør at det ikke blir toppscore denne gang, men jeg kommer mer enn gjerne tilbake!

Fantastisk komfortabelt hotell
Flott hotell og svært hyggelig personell. • Nydelig utsikt fra stor flott balkong, store og fine rom. Litt slitt bad, men likevel komfortabelt • Fantastisk bassengområde • Utrolig vennlig og imøtekommende i resepsjonen • Kjappe og dyktige kelnere som virkelig tar vare på sine gjester i restauranten . Nydelig frokost. Hadde halvpensjon- middag med stor buffet. Ble litt lei buffetmat , men hadde mulighet å spise middager på hotellets gourmetrestaurant . Det gjorde vi ikke - vil prøve det neste gang. Vi har vært her 3 ganger og reiser helt sikkert tilbake. Kan anbefales👍😊!

Omtenksomme, svært hyggelige i restauranten, deilig variert mat, fine rom, gode senger med dyner, romslige terrasser, fine basseng, (to), god plass med mange solsenger. Flott spa anlegg. Ja, i det hele et førsteklasses hotell. Svært hyggelige ansatte. En absolutt positiv opplevelse.

This should be a five star hotel ★★★★★
Our goal for this trip was 100 % relaxing after a long year with working and studying. This hotel offered the perfect getaway from the stressful daily life, with the perfect facilities including "free" spa and beautiful surroundings with an infinity pool with good view of a beautiful beach. Food here was so good, with lots of variations on the buffet and chefs making it after your wishes. We had a minor problem with our room last day, but staff upgraded us to a junior suite without question.
