Your own slice of lakefront paradise awaits at this spacious, modern vacation rental, set right on Lake Anna and boasting a private beach and dock. Explore the water or spend all your time at home, with plenty of activities for the whole family!

Outdoor highlights include a comfortable gathering spot on the dock, sunny chaise lounges, a firepit on your private beach, and a huge deck with rocking chairs, a heater for chilly nights, a gas grill, and a patio table for alfresco dining. If you want to get active, hop on one of the three provided kayaks and go for a quiet paddle, or play a friendly game of Ping-Pong in the basement.

Inside, you’ll find soaring ceilings, an open layout, plenty of spots to gather, and even more fun, all-ages activities. Relax in your enclosed sunroom or mix up a cocktail at the wet bar downstairs while the kids play foosball or air hockey. Grab a board game or a deck of cards for some old school fun and play together in the first-floor game room. The spacious, full kitchen will keep everyone fed, and there’s lots of space for mealtime seating between multiple tables and the kitchen island barstools. Unwind in the evening in front of the gas fireplace and stream a family movie or watch some TV on the sectional downstairs in the game room/den. When you get sleepy, five well-appointed bedrooms, plus an extra sleeping space on the lower level, await. Lucky guests of the primary bedroom on the main floor will enjoy direct deck access and an en suite bathroom. With such a lovely setting and huge array of activities, it’s time to make your lake life dreams come true - all that’s left to do is book.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the lake house. Views: The views of the lake were amazing. We enjoyed hanging out at the dock and on the main deck. It was a little chilly so we didn’t get to take advantage of renting a pontoon/jet ski from Mobile Watercraft Rentals or use the paddle boats that were made available. Three of the bedrooms offered a great view of the lake. Even my mom was impressed by how beautiful the views were. Kitchen: My wife gave the stove 5 out 5 stars. There was plenty of space to meal prep. A definitely plus was that the dishwasher was quiet when it ran and the grill was located on the deck not far from the kitchen. Living room/game room: Couldn't be happier. There was plenty of space for everyone. We appreciated that the house was stocked with games. Bedrooms/Baths: We loved that the master bedroom had a walk out to the deck as did the bedroom on the 2nd floor. All of the bathrooms offered plenty of towels for everyone to use. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was great. My wife rated the stove 5 out 5 stars. There was plenty of for meal prep and was grateful that the dishwasher was quiet when we used it. We used the fireplace the first evening that we stayed in the home added to the comfortable feel as we sat down to share dinner with our family and friends. Laundry room: Great washer and dryer. We definitely plan to rent this home again.

We really enjoyed our time here. The lake view was absolutely stunning—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The host was welcoming and responsive, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. That said, the cleaning could have been better. Overall, a great getaway with great potential!

I read this in some other reviews but figured it had been addressed. This is a high price point property for the area and it really needs some TLC to make it worth the cost. Mold on and under the deck (which you walk under to get in and out), dust bunnies on walls above every AC vent, cracked ceiling fan in one bedroom, big stains on carpets, drywall cutout in the ceiling in one bedroom, poor AC in the master, gutters with grass/weeds growing out of them, washed out beach has deck chairs with faded sales stickers on them, broken video game in basement, speaker pulled out of the wall. That all said, it is a great house, my 12 year old said it best: "this place is 3000 and some sweat equity away from being totally awesome". We did enjoy our stay. The house is easy to use and the layout is great. We rented it as a family vacation home but it feels set-up/cared for like a party house.

This is a beautiful home. At first glance it was clean, but there were a few areas that needed attention. The counter was very wobbly so we refrained from using it. We mentioned these to the host. They responded promptly. Overall the family had a great time!

Skip it. Far better homes

Warning. While they brag about a dock you can use it. They do not include a pass for the boat launch. Thus no way to get you boat to the dock or even the hotside. Ruined the entire vacation. Angy beaver at the beach. Also was busy downing trees on the property. He will chase you if your unlucky. House not updated. Bring your own kitchen pots and pan. Bring a metal spatula, stuff like this is lacking. Dust on wood work, all lamps. Broken screen door resulted in a cut finger. Warning trash guy brings his kids to use and swim at the beach.

Adams Family Christmas on Lake Anna

We stayed in Lake Anna for the first time for our annual Adams family Christmas/New Years vacation, visiting from Florida. The house was beautifully appointed in a nice community directly on the lake with great access to the water. The house was large and spacious and at first arrival in good clean order. As we began settling in we found some of the detailed comforts and cleanliness to be a little less so. The kitchen was left with garbage in the can and without any garbage bags provided. There were dirty utensils and dirty used foil in the drawers. We appreciated linens and towels being provided. Paper products were sparingly supplied. Despite it being January the weather was warm and we were able to play a bit. The patio deck was spacious and had plenty of seating room including a screened in section. A gas grill and smudge pot heater were great features of use. We bought a broom though in order to clean it of the needles and leaves that were plenty since the last guest. Kayaks and life vests were available for use and made for a nice time on the water. We purchased our own fishing rod for fishing. Overall we had a great time at Bella Vita. It’s a beautiful home with lots of potential. She just needs a personal touch and the niceties you would expect from home.
