The ventilation system ran all the time. He lotion container pump was stuck closed. Skim Milk at breakfast was sour. Heated breakfast we’re cool and not even warm.

Worst experience .
The customer service was motel quality ! The pool wasn’t clean , and didn't have towels in the pool area . I went during New Years Eve to have a peaceful night with my kids but didn’t get that at all . There were numerous parties going on , on the floor and ask in the hallway the police was called . This hotel including staff does not hold up to HILTON standards . I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be coming back .

The arrangement of the suite is nice.. The suite,room 126, was roomy and comfortable. The rug from the living room to the kitchen is frayed and I tripped. I did inform the receptionist and she said she would inform maintenance. The bathtub needs work.. I just felt the table in the kitchen and the entire room need a very deep clean. It has had rough occupants in the past?

This hotel was in a nice area right by mall and main part of hotel seemed nice. But our room was horrible stains all over the couch and floor, cigarette burn holes many of them, the room smelt like smoke bad, the toilet was broke, the toilet holder was hanging off the wall, we had a 5th person so we needed to use pull out couch no blankets or pillows for that so had to ask front desk they could only provide blankets because they said they had no extra pillows. Over all I just felt gross and couldn’t wait to checkout. Thankful we only stayed one night. Yuck!!!

My stay at this hotel was exceptional! The hotel had amazing coffee, complimentary breakfast, and friendly staff. The suite was very spacious for us and we really enjoyed that. I will definitely book again in the future. The only downside was the pool size. I wish it was bigger but other than that everything was great!

The good: This is a very nice hotel. The staff were helpful, kind and considerate. I was on the 1st floor mid way through the building. I didn't hear the usual slamming of doors or people talking in the halls in the morning even though they were nearly fully booked due to a concert in the area. A very rare occurrence for a hotel stay which was fantastic! Got a great uninterrupted nights sleep. A hotel with sound insulated walls? Amazing. Didn't use the pool, business or fitness center but they looked nice and well kept. Would have liked to use the outdoor patio area with dual gas grills but didn't have the time. Pretty awesome that it is available however. The bad: Check in is 3 pm. When I booked my room I advised them that I would arrive about 4 pm. Due to traffic jams coming in, I arrived at 4:30 pm. and was told at the front desk that my room wouldn't be available for another 15 min. I waited about 20 min and went back in and was advised that the room was still not ready but they could put me in a standard room. As I had booked a special provision room, I responded that I would prefer the type of room I had booked. Then magically one appeared on her screen lol. Not exactly what I had booked, but very close. It was an exceptional room which resulted in an exceptional stay. I'll stay here every time I am in Milwaukee, but I will definitely call when I'm an hour out to ensure they have my room ready when I arrive.

Great location and bones of a hotel. Found nail clippings in my hotel room and asked them to clean it. Took three requests downstairs. Everytime they apologized but this is unacceptable.

We really enjoyed our stay here! In addition to the pool and fitness room, there is a small basketball court and outdoor patio. Parking was very convenient, the room was clean and very spacious. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Breakfast was great!

Check in took a long time- the employee did a great job but didn’t know how to operate the new system. She was the only one working so there was a line of people waiting. There were only three towels in the room for five people. There were no sheets, pillows, or blankets for the pull out bed. The pool was out of service and we were not told that at check in.

Never clean towels at pool.I had 3 rooms, on arrival 1 room was never cleaned, made 2 complaints and no one responded. Very poor service. The manager on duty never responded. We stayed here in December and our room was immaculate. This stay was nothing like that, our room smells like fried greasy food, there’s stains on the rug, the pullout couch had what appear to be urine stains on the mattress, the floor is sticky so much that my shoes still squeak when I walk on other bare floors, the bathroom is filthy. Kitchen was also dirty. Definitely beyond disappointed in this stay.
