My birthday weekend! I stayed the night before my cruise! I enjoyed the cocktail hour and sat by the pool afterwards, everything was peaceful, and the people were welcoming! The breakfast had a wide variety and the omelette station was a plus! And to top it off they had transportation to the port for a reasonable fee!

I booked a vacation package with a red eye flight and when I arrived early morning to my hotel I had to pay an additional fee to check in. It was inconvenient and should have been included in the original pricing. I ran the risk of not even having the room available which if it’s part of the package then it should be.

Room wasn’t ready for over 2 hours. Had to wait in the lobby with bags and all. Front desk staff were Optus about the process. The shuttle to the airport was PACKED. One shuttle for the entire time we waited at the airport. The shuttle driver didn’t wait for anyone to sit. Elderly passengers had no time to sit and a few almost fell down. Not enough seats and everyone was crammed into the shuttle. What’s worse, is he was asking everyone to “not forget to tip the driver”…. Won’t be coming back.

Stayed here before a cruise. Free airport shuttle pickup which was hardly any wait. Our room wasn’t ready because we arrived around 10am but we were able to leave our bags and was texted maybe 2 hrs later that we could check in which was great. Thankfully we stayed on site while we waited and ate and lounged by the pool. In the evening they have a free happy hour. We had 8 drink tix! Some snacks were provided as well. The restaurant on site is delicious with huge salads and strong drinks! Room was excellent, clean and great water pressure. The next morning the cruise shuttle took us for $12/pp cheaper than an Uber. Very pleased with our stay. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

The directions to the ice machine was terrible. Had to ask at desk where it was. One ice machine for the whole property. Then the actual directions was poor. It was confusing with the parking at the property.

I used to love the Embassy Suites. The “manager hour” was a joke. Nothing was stocked. Broccoli, carrots and broken chips with tasteless salsa was so off-putting. Breakfast was gross as well. Staff was not nice. There was so many people. Awful. Wouldn’t stay there again. Heck no.

Shuttle were fairly quick to and from the airport. Transportation to the port was also good. The staff around the building were very helpful.

It’s a very basic airport hotel. Don’t expect much. The breakfast was pretty grim. Very little that wasn’t heavily processed.

Excellent check in. There is a shuttle available to the cruise terminal and we were able to get a late check out for the later shuttle.
