When I made the reservation, under special instructions, I put I needed a downstairs room due to the fact I have had a double knee replacement. When I checked in and mentioned that I was told “oh no, we don’t have anything downstairs”😡. I called front desk to ask for more towels and pillows and was told “come get it” The floors were not very clean. My 16 month old grand baby’s feet were filthy from running around the room after a bath and so was mine. We had to clean our feet from the bed.

Warning! We left a day early because the front desk woman cussed out my wife for demanding nonMOLDY toilet paper. We felt unwelcome/unsafe and as if we were a burden to her. Her unprofessional behavior in addition to the poor condition of the room was just too much. Avoid this place, you’ll be better off sleeping in your car.

Property was so bad my family had to leave!! Hotel management told them they would have to contact expedia for refund. Called expedia and of course was a reason a refund could not be given. Trash from start to end.

Dirty and old
The hotel condition is not equal to what we paid for the room. It appeared clean, but 5 minutes after taking a shower the soles of my feet were dirty. The pillows were flat and the mattress was springy and uncomfortable. The towels and washcloths were thin and stained yellow from use. Econolodge is usually consistently an ok stay. This was not.

Worst in Forest, MS
Reserved a non-smoking room 2-bed room, but given a nasty smelling smoker's room. When i complained to the front desk they blamed Hotels.com and said they were full. The next morning I asked for the manager who informed me it was Hotels.com's fault, but they weren't full and moved us to a king room with a couch for my son to sleep on for the remaining 2 night's stay. Their breakfast was a joke and their pool was green and disgusting. I will never stay here again.

There was one towel in the room. Service was terrible. Advertises free continental breakfast on Hotels.com and on the sign in front of the hotel. When I asked about it, was told "this ain't no restaurant."

I was glad to evacuate for hurricane Ida but was in a smoking room, none of us are smokers but after we left are clothes reeked of smoke. I did not even know smoking rooms still existed. I certainly didn’t ask for a smoking room. My husband had to fix a light and the floors were filthy.

It was a new experience
It was hood exvept fpr the flies. Wjen we gpt theor the room had at least 10 flies and 1 or 2 rpa hds climbing up the walls the internet srvice was very very poor. The batbroom light barely worked the sheets were very very thin. They really didnt have enough of towels to supply with extras.
