Uvennlig personell og ildeluktende hotell.
Frokost var det eneste som leved opp til forventningene og svaret til 5 stjerner. Veldig dårlig lukt av sopp på gangene og rommene. Resepsjonisten var uvennlig og avvisene. Vi fikk ikke det rom som vi hade bestilt men fikk i stedet 3-manns rom som var liten og nesten ingen bevegeplats. 3 enkeltsenge var plassert i et rom var beregnet til dobbelseng. Personell var ikke vennlig. Der var strømbrudd en av dagene hvor vi ikke kunne komme inn på rommet. Resepsjonisten var avviste og bad os om at vente til hun hadde tid, selvom hun ikke hadde andre gjester som hun betjente. Samme gjelte den annen person som formentlig var ansvarshavende. Eneste gode var den korte avstand til Masjid-e-Nabwi, hvilket vi hade stor glede av.

Staff was very rude. I booked my room with breakfast at the check in she denied I showed her my reservation with Expedia. Hotel said talk to Expedia. Only two people at the check in long lines long wait.

it is close to the Mosque, which make it easy to pray all the prayers in the mosque. the only thing i find out negative, the room price for the day is overpriced and it is doesn't include breakfast. i asked the recipients to pay for the Breakfast but they are asking for 110 SAR/person but i can get discount if I took the breakfast for the three days that i am staying which will be 75 SAR/person. this is way expensive!

Overall I will rate this hotel as terrible and pathetic. The booking in this hotel has ruined my vacations in such a sacred place. The room that we were given was very old and in horrible state. The furniture was old and broken. We are a family of 4 and had booked a room with twin beds, there was no room to move around. There was no space to keep our luggage. Bathroom was in the worst state. The toilet seat was broken, the exhaust fan was making huge noise, the faucets in shower room was caulked. It is was not good enough for a person to take bath there. The safe in the room was broken. They charged me $350 a night, I will not even pay $20 for this room in United States. I had booked the hotel for 6 nights and paid the full amount at the reception. We checked out next day after talking to the Expedia agent who assured us to get the refund. We have not received any refund so far. Expedia agent asked us to wait for 72 hours after we raised the concern and finally after few days I got an email saying that I will not get a refund. The management in the hotel was not cooperative. The service at the reception was poor. I request Expedia to black list this hotel and get my money back.

For the love god please upgrade your key system. I had to come to try bring desk and wait long time to reactivate my room keys. They kept saying it’s close to your phone and the card will never erased or something. I had to come down 3-4 Tom’s in one day to reactivate my card. Other than that it was an average hotel. Not the Movenpick I thought it would be.

The service and staff are very poor. Check in took more than three hours. The people who help in baggage in and out ( especial Thanks to them only.) excellent service. The only positive thing about this hotel is the location from the haram. I got the rooms and paid extra money for breakfast and booking showed that, but the Breakfast Manager says I have to pay extra total 220 riyal for one of my kids for two days. The breakfast was not even worth the money. Overall poor service would not recommend this hotel.

Service was excellent beginning with check-in. Front desk supervisor Khaled A. handled our check-ins (party of 8) and was very accommodating and understanding of our needs as we shared it was the first time for few of us. Only dissatisfaction was one of the rooms wasn’t ready until after check-in time (room wasn’t ready until 5:30pm or so). To continue, our waiter Hossain at the buffet was excellent; he catered to all our needs and reserved a table for us each morning. Hotel staff/reception called everyday to check in (I guess being a gold member has its perks). Housekeeping staff was also attentive and ensured we were adequately equipped with the basic necessities such as water and fresh linen. Kaaba was steps away from the hotel. Overall our stay was great and would definitely recommend Hilton Suites to others.

We’re disappointed because we booked city view rooms but we got only blocked window. It’s a a solid walls. House keeping department knocked the and ask for do I need anything. They never did anything by themselves. You have to ask please remove my trash. Never vacuum my floor never change bedsheets. But if I ask for supplies then I get supplies. I am not satisfied with this hotel.

Check in process took so long time more than 45 minutes and there are so many customers only two or three employees. It seems that management of the hotel does not add more employees, or have not trained their employees enough because of demand less attention has been given to this Attitude I don’t recommend this hotel again to anyone

It’s a terrible five star hotel.the room furniture is old and in bad condition.room carpet is old enough to make you sick.very pricy and I think I have wasted my money.the only thing this hotel has is the location.bathroom is tiny and old fixtures.
