Unexpected!
This property is gorgeous!! The setting is RIGHT on the river, so that in itself is beautiful. And it’s in a very nice neighborhood. The unexpected part is the impressive features of the little house and its spectacular style. Charming and 100% comfortable.

Better than the photos
I really can’t say enough about the house, the neighborhood, the view —all of it. I met my sister for a little getaway and we marveled many times at the beautiful attention to detail in the home. It’s so aesthetically tasteful —the pictures don’t do it justice! We enjoyed beautiful sunsets both nights and slept wonderfully in the beds which were very comfortable. Very happy with our stay and would come again!

Little slice of heaven on the water!!
Our stay was beyond wonderful. The home was beautiful, immaculate, very unique, and had the most amazing view for miles of both water and the land nearby. We interacted with the host for a bit and found them to be very friendly. Everything we needed for a weekend of relaxation and comfort was there when we arrived. We will definitely return as guests in the future!!

Christmas visit to family in Maumelle, AR
This guest house is absolutely gorgeous. We felt like we were staying in a place featured in “Architecture Digest!” Amazing view of the Arkansas River, vintage antique furniture, and the exceptional tile/interior design were breathtaking! Robin, the owner/host, was very attentive and accommodating. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are luxurious, and the kitchen is spacious. Very quiet and private also. The only thing I would’ve wanted was more comfortable seating in the living room. A sofa bed would be ideal. Otherwise, we plan to stay here again next year when we visit family! Thanks again, Robin, for a great stay. It was so much better than a hotel or RV!
