The price/quality ratio is very good. The staff - Mala and Vishnu are very helpful and pleasant and fully replace any more modest accommodation facilities.

Terrible room. No air con, no windows. No TV. No private bathroom. Not as advertised! Shared bathroom was messy. Shower very poor. No toilet paper...just a flannel hanging on the toilet roll holder which, I assume, everyone used. I didn't use it for obvious reasons. AVOID!!

A absolument eviter
Nous sommes arrives et une seule chambre était disponible. Pas de geste commercial pour la gene. La chambre etait SALE!( draps avec des taches, cafards, moisissures sur les joints de la sdb) je ne suis pas specialement regardant vu le prix mais la mm le minimum vitale n’etait pas assure!!!!!!

CHEATED. I had booked a room for a day as my flight was departing late at night. I called and informed them I will arrive late. When I arrived the person at the counter said there was no booking under my name. The neighborhood and the hotel itself were shabby. I decided to wait at the airport. On the way to the airport I had my taxi driver call the hotel and they shamelessly told him they had a room booked in my name but they gave it away to another customer who offered more cash on the spot. Reporting this scam to orbitz.

Lit pas confortable. Pas assez de prises pour recharger téléphone. Pas d'électricité dans toilettes. Décor pas très beau. Par contre, les hôtes sont très accueillants et sympas.

Séjour authentique
Pour un très petit prix, je recommande cet endroit qui est simple mais bien tenu et surtout avec un très bon accueil. Beaucoup de chaleur humaine qui permet de vivre une convivialité avec les personnes qui séjournent et de passer un moment familial et authentique. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas une plage sur place mais l'accès est facile en bus vers Blue Bay ou Pointe d'Esny avec magnifique plage.

Miss - Mash
House has a cool common area to hang but the kitchen has a fridge, and stove, but no pots no cutlery, no plates. NOTHING TO COOK OR CLEAN WITH! NO microwave. Not even a tea spoon. The lovely owners Who tell you they are NOT the owners are nice. The room itself has been modified with mismatch fittings and things. IT is a little bit dirty feeling. There were ants and bugs ie roach and spiders in the shower and the floors. Interesting experience. we stayed two nights because it was close to everything we were doing. Beach, Shops and the Festival by the ocean. Bft was simple and nice. Wifi only works in certain areas of the room. Then it is shorty.

Thank you for the feedback. The people in charge of the guest house are indeed not the owners. Also note that if cutleries were needed, you should have asked for them as other guests do normally. We do not put them in the kitchen as guests used to take them away. We would address the problem of spiders, ants, and bugs. Le Bamboo family thank you for having stayed with us. Zeer vriendelijke gastheer en hij probeert je ook naar de zin te maken, de ruimte is huiselijk. De comfort was minder de bad en douche waren in een andere ruimte en de meubilair gedateerd.

mahebourg est une très jolie ville côtière, les transports deservent parfaitement la ville , la marche n'est pas du tout une contrainte. un musée qui retrace l'histoire de la ville et son passé est à visiter, les mets locaux vont faire planer vos papilles.

Good quality for the price
The hotel is very convenient for the early flight (15 minutes bus ride to the airport) and nearby very nice Blue Bay beach (15 minutes bus ride). The owners are very kind.

A gueshouse with all kind od services
Le Bamboo is a very convenient guesthouse. It is locatedin a quiet area but very close to the center, to the bus station, to restaurants and shops. The family that run Le Bamboo is extremely friendly and helpful. They speak both English and French and they are happy to help their customers with everything one can need in Mauritius (preparing dinner, information about transportation, sightseeings, washing, shopping, etc). Also, the guesthouse is very clean and it has modern air conditioning equioment in the rooms.

Small Hotel
Jag ville bo centralt i Mahebourg på ett litet hotell där jag hade nära till allt. Rent och snyggt och mycket familjärt, med mycket vänlig personal. Det passade min resa perfekt och jag kommer garanterat att bo där igen.

閑静な住宅街で川に面しておりゆっくりとできる場所でした。空港から近く、最初の一泊目として選びました。コストパフォーマンスは良かったです。ここを拠点に、バスでPort Louisまで向かいました。

hotel bien placlé, confort rudimentaire
nous avons passé une nuit à mahébourg juste avant notre départ. Hotel situé au centre, près de la station de bus (400metres); Idéal pour une nuit de transit avant départ avion, je n'y passerai pas un long séjour. Pour un peu plus (3 euros/nuit), on trouve bien mieux à Mahébourg ou Blue Bay.

Je suis très mécontent de cette location
Escalier d'accès très étroit , avec la porte d'entrée qui s'ouvre dans cet escalier et qui bloque le passage , avec les bagages c,est affreusement désagréable . Dans la chambre, un seul point d'éclairage au plafond , dans l'angle de cette pièce un semblent de douche et wc bricolé , sans éclairage sans ventilation ni miroir . La clim ,bruyante , ne fonctionnait pas lors de notre arrivée . Ensuite le tuyau de la douche fuyait comme un panier , l'écoulement du bac à douche très difficile .Le si peu de meuble , n'était que du contre plaqué bricolé et peint en blanc , conclusion chambre affreusement désagréable . Le petit déjeuner était servie dans la cuisine familiale , sur des tables recouvertes de toiles cirées plutôt grasses et vieillottes comme tout le reste dans cette habitation , les canapés , chaises et tables , plutôt en mauvais état , avec plusieurs chats qui dorment sur ces équipements et ne sont pas gêné de même monter sur les meubles . Tout cela dans un cartier bruyant et sale , je déconseille très fortement cet établissement qui ne vaut à peine une étoile , ni venez pas dans ce lieux qui ne mérite que la fermeture ! A éviter absolument .

die zwei gebuchten zimmer waren nicht verfuegbar .obwohl wir die schriftliche buchungsbestaetigung dabei hatten, bestritt der besitzer, dass wir zwei zimmer gebucht hatten. wir mussten zu dritt in einem doppelbett schlafen. die toilette und dusche waren nur durch die gemeinschaftskueche zu erreichen. die unterkunft war nicht die sauberste.
