Supertrevlig personal. Trevlig service. God mat. Tyvärr har problemet stora problem med Airconditionanläggningen.... Vi fick byta rum då det fortsatt var 22-23 grader på natten och anläggningen inte klarade sänka temperaturen. Tyvärr hade vi samma problem också i det nya rummet.

Excellent
If you are not looking for palms and white sand beaches, this is a perfect hotel for a short stay at Mauritius. It has a great view to the harbour, very serviceminded staff and an excellent restaurant.

The hotel is a business hotel in a convenient location. The restaurants are terrible and service is sub par. Additionally amenities such as the mini bar, were never stocked, so one had to order room service. So in general, it is not good value for the money.

A faultless stay!
What a brilliant hotel - the room was amazing, the hotel was absolutely spotless but most of all, the staff were beyond amazing. They treated me as a friend, not a client. They knew me by name and remembered every day to ask me specifics about items I had told them the prior day. A faultless hotel. To top it off, delicious food from breakfast to dinner to anything in between with a view of the Port and the Waterfront Shopping Centre. A VERY SPECIAL shoutout to Sahai and Hurvin at the restaurant who went above and beyond as well as to the ENTIRE reception team who never failed in the caring and kindness.

I would leave a negative score if I could. EVERYTHING was bad, from service to food to cleaning. The hotel is just falling apart, old and moldy carpets, I needed to move three rooms till I got one with air conditioner who wasn’t make a tractor noise. Last thing as an example of how absurdity cheap is this place is, they reuse the paper key card holder, they write the room number on the cover with pencil, and when new guest come, the use eraser and put the new number and give the same card holder to new guest, just to save few cents, never seen anything like this in my life. If you have to stay in Port Louis, there are many better hotel 10-15 min drive, it worst the hassle in order to avoid this hotel.

Staff were helpful but not as attentive as you expect from a luxury hotel. VIP lounge never had gin bottle always empty even when told never refilled. Very slow breakfast service. Overall but disappointing

We've stayed at Labourdonnais before, and decided to stay here again over new years as it's very central and the service was excellent. This time round we found that some details we liked last time was quite the same. For example, the bed was rather hard and both my husband and I left with very sore necks. As a vegan I found the food options extremely limiting. However, the food was always of quite a high standard. We had 2 servers that went out of their way during our stay for breakfast and dinner - Ziyaad knew all our orders off by heart :)

Conveniently located business hotel. We came here over Christmas for a short stay. Hotel location is very convenient but the rooms and facilities are more for business purposes. On Christmas Eve, the hotel did surprise us with a few gifts - they are small but very thoughtful- thank you! Services in the hotel need to be improved but more for consistence reasons, such as room services and the breakfast services. Overall, it is a very nice and convenient business hotel for short stay but not too much for young families.

!We spent a terrile night in Labourdonnais hotel in PortLouis, Mauritius. in theevening suddenly the water supply to our room and vathroom wss cut off,nobofy apologzed or found a solurion. couldnt use bathroom shower brush our teeth, the reception oeolke sai ,"we sre sorry. there was an issue" .Wster didn't come back even when we left at 11:00 ..I demand of Expedia a full refund for this room.

We do apologise for the experience that you had due to an unforeseen issue with the water supply and we would like to assure you that this does not at all reflect our usual standards. The team worked tirelessly to resolve the matter which actually affected the entire hotel. I would like to note that communication via letters to the room and in-room TV messages were sent in order to keep guests informed regarding the issue and updates timeously. Thankfully we did have guests whom understood the situation, however we humbly still offered various forms of compensation and value adds to mitigate the situation, as in your case. I am also delighted to let you know that all water services have been restored. We do hope to welcome you again for a renewed experience and we heartily apologise for the inconvenience. Mijn man en ik verbleven 6 nachten in het Labourdonnais Waterfront hotel, een mooi en gezellig hotel dat niet alleen door zakenmensen geboekt wordt. Het is absoluut zijn 5 sterren waard. Onze kamer keek op de Indische Oceaan en het heeft prachtige ruime kamers met goede bedden. Alhoewel er staat dat je pas om 2 p.m. mag inchecken, was het helemaal geen probleem toen wij daar om 11 a.m. aankwamen. We zijn vriendelijk geholpen door de baliemedewerkster en werden meteen naar onze kamer begeleid. Het ontbijt was goed en uitgebreid, helaas was er geen afwisseling in het Indiase ontbijt. Je kunt lekker lunchen en avondeten in de verschillende restaurants daar. De obers staan steeds klaar voor je als je de restaurants betreedt. Bij deze bedanken we speciaal de obers Yaassir en Kevin voor hun niet-aflatende service aan ons, zeker op onze laatste dag. Onze dank gaat ook uit naar de restaurant manager Avinash die altijd heel vriendelijk was en steeds klaar stond voor een praatje en tips om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken.

位於市中心,交通出行方便,周围吃饭选择多,酒店有重新装修,但是冰箱没有换,经常起动声音很响,特别是晚上睡觉时,影响睡眠质量。老空调不能调风及温度,吹得感冒了
