Fantastisk perle gjemt midt i Medinaen
Fantastisk Riad gjemt midt i Medinaen med mindre enn 5 minutters gange til markedene. Personalet fra resepsjon, restaurant til rengjøringspersonalet gjorde alt for å få oppholdet best mulig. Frokosten hadde en blanding av lokal og europeisk mat og burde passe alle. Spiste siste kvelden i Riadens egen restaurant og det utviklet seg til en fantastisk kveld med god mat, magedans og musikk til langt på natt. Reiser garantert tilbake men da en årstid som ikke er 40++

Flott, rolig og sentralt - Anbefales!
Meget fornøyd med oppholdet. Ingenting å utsette på renhet. Rommene ble gjort rent og ryddet hver dag og håndklær og badekåper skiftet ut. Vi bodde her i månedsskifte september/oktober og benyttet oss flittig av hotellets basseng til å kjøle ned og slappe av etter en tur ute i de travle soukene. Hotellet ligger få minutter fra disse og markedet Jemaa el-Fna, men akkurat utenfor hørevidde. Hotellet ligger skjermet fra gatene og er derfor svært rolig. Kort avstand også til Koutoubia moskeen og hovedveien Avenue Mohammed V, med hyppige bussavganger til Guéliz eller Ville Nouvelle (kun 4dhs pr pers). Hotellets ansatte var oppmerksomme, hyggelige og behjelpelig med å bestille transport til og fra flyplass, samt utflukter. Vi benyttet oss også av hotellets spatilbud, og tok massasje med påfølgende hammam. Absolutt å anbefale. Hotellet har en god frokostbuffet, og egen restaurant og bar. Vi hadde en kveld med voldsom nedbør, da var det deilig å kunne spise middag på hotellet. Kan ellers anbefale en tur på restauranten Dar Moha, som ligger like rundt hjørnet for Palais Sebban. Et meget populært sted hvor det anbefales å reservere bord i forveien, men vi dukket opp akkurat da de åpnet igjen for middagsservering og fikk bord uten problemer. Stedet serverer "tradisjonell Marrokansk mat med en moderne tvist". Høyt priset etter marrokansk standard, men billig i forhold til norske priser. Det spilles behagelig live musikk, men er du ute etter å oppleve magadansere må du gå et annet sted.

Fantastisk hotell
Et fantastisk hotell, en vakker oase med ufattelig vakkert interiør og design. Halvtimes massasje inkludert i prisen. Behagelige og fine hotellrom, god frokost, behjelpelige ansatte. Det eneste negative er at resepsjonen ikke er gode på å ordne bestillinger, de sa mer enn en gang at en reservasjon var i orden, uten at den var det, de sa rommet var i orden, men de hadde gjort feil og vi måtte bo en natt på et annet hotell. Og musikken de spiller i bakgården er heslig. Men dette er små ting i forhold til den fantastiske opplevelsen vi hadde. Denne anbefales alle, og jeg kommer gjerne hit igjen.

Perfect hide-out in Marrakech
Palais Sebban is the most beautiful hide-out hotel in the centre of Marrakech. The hotel is very authentic, great architecture,wonderful riad and roof top terrace, the spa was good, very friendly and helpful staff. Difficult to find, so give the recepetion a call when you are at the main road and they will send someone to help you out. Good location, although we loved the hotel so much we ended up staying there during the day to enjoy it. The room was small (no window except from the door), so we recommend to pay for a suite - they were amazing. The stay was worth every dirham, and we would definately go back and recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Beautiful hotel, amazing service. The staff was so helpful, incredibly supportive - thank you so much to the team! The rooms are nice, lacking a little bit of privacy (no proper door closure between the room and bathroom) but manageable. Breakfast was really good too, offering a lot of choice. We had a complimentary massage included in the cost of the hotel and it was amazing. The location is convenient, walking distance to most sights to see in Marrakech. The streets are busy and you need to be careful, but once inside the hotel it is like a calm oasis. I would stay here again!

Palais Sebban was fantastic! The perfect place to begin our honeymoon. The service was great, starting with our bags being brought in from the nearest roadway and our welcome tea in the courtyard. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. We were able to have tea service on the terrace of our room. The building and terraces are beautiful. Taking a break from the hectic medina to relax at the riad each afternoon helped make our time in Marrakech even better. The tilework and architecture made the riad one of our favorite parts of the city The location was easy walking distance to many of the sights, and also close to a main road for taxi service if needed. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to Marrakech!

Property is adorable, it takes you back in time! Located in the Medina close to many markets. Staff was very friendly. I didn’t want to leave. I definitely consider this property again if I visit Marrakech. Abdul Raheem and all restaurant staff were very helpful!!!

This is the best riad we stayed at in the whole of Morocco! Palais Sebban really stands out for the beauty of its grounds, amazing staff, and above average amenities. There is a great restaurant in the central courtyard next to the pool and an on-site spa (a lot of places will say they have a spa on their website, but it's actually a different establishment some distance away). The staff helped us hire a private driver to the Sahara and were extremely responsive and organized. They also spoke great English, which I really appreciated as my French is not good and I needed to discuss logistics over email and phone. One small quibble is that like most riads, this place has covered its open roof completely with plastic sheeting, so depending on your room assignment, you will not get any access to fresh air at all. It gets quite stuffy at night unless your room has a window that opens into the street. The bathroom also gets very humid for this same reason. But otherwise, this riad was head and shoulders above the 6 others places we stayed at while in Morocco.

Si vous rêvez d’un havre de paix au milieu de la tumultueuse Marrakech , de vivre dans un conte de fées , bienvenus au palais sebban . Lieu superbement restauré , service irréprochable , restaurant délicieux à tél points jaque nous y avons passé 3 repas ! Un véritable bonheur nous avons été conquises ! J’y reviendrai lors d’un prochain séjour à Marrakech sans hésiter Merci à mr bean et à medidi qui se reconnaîtront ainsi qu’à Amal pour leur sympathie et leur qualité de service

This place is physically beautiful, but it was our worst stay in Morocco despite being the most expensive. The problem here is that we felt as though the staff were CONSTANTLY trying to upsell/scam us. First, we had to be very explicit that we wanted to utilize the included spa credit (they just kept trying to sell us on more experiences), secondly the bar staff double charged us and when we spoke up, they showed us their menu which had different prices than the ones given out. Even the night guard tried to charge us extra for our pre-booked airport shuttle. It was REALLY off-putting and completely changed our opinion of this place. Unfortunately, we also ran into upset guests in the lobby multiple times... suffice it to say we weren't the only ones who didn't enjoy this spot despite the beautiful decor.

Chère LauraVos accusations me peinent car à aucun moment, l'un de nos employés a essayé de vous voler.Pour le spa, vous aviez droit à un massage gratuit. La réception vous a juste proposé nos autres soins comme nous le faisons avec tout le monde.Pour le transfert retour, vous l'aviez réservé de votre côté avec votre propre chauffeur. Vous ne l'aviez pas précisé à Youssef, notre gardien de nuit qui a tout simplement pensé que vous quittiez l'hôtel avec notre chauffeur et vous a demandé de régler cette prestation car elle ne figurait pas sur votre facture et pour cause.Au bar, la carte est unique. Vous avez demandé au barman le prix des bières. Celui vous a donné celui des biéres pression et vous avez lu sur la carte celui des bières en bouteille qui est différent. Nous avons d'excellentes critiques et je ne vous crois pas quand vous dites que tous les clients de l'hôtel que vous avez rencontré etaient décus.Bien cordialementDominique

Palais Sebban is simply stunning. The staff are friendly and helpful. My luggage was lost and they communicated with the airport on my behalf and arranged transportation to pick it up. SImply put, this riad was the best of all the accommodations that I booked in Morocco and that's saying a lot!

Very beautiful Riad in Marrakech. Excellent breakfast, restaurant bar. Didn't give 5 stars because they have arranged for a driver to pick me up but no one showed up. After waiting for nearly one hour, I spent double for a taxi plus £10 in calls. Sent a message through this app and they replied "you welcome" next day!

First time in Marrakech—unique experience!
First time visiting Morocco and the first stop on my 10 day trip was Marrakech. Palais Sebban arranged a pickup at the airport, someone to meet us right outside the Medina,help us carry our bags inside and give us a tour of the Riad! Upon entering the Palais, it feels like something out of a movie. The Riad is completely hidden in plain sight, which creates its own private oasis in the middle of the red city. What truly made the Riad so special in my experience is the amazing accommodations and hospitality that was brought together. The hotel brings a mix of traditional and modern in its own unique way and should be experienced by everyone visiting Marrakech!
Main welcoming space. Definitely use the pool before you leave.
Traditional Moroccan breakfast included each day.
This was taken right outside my room. Comfy seating, private setting, great ambiance

We had an amazing time at palais sebban, maybe one of my favorite hotels ever. The staff was so nice and the place is just so beautiful. They had construction above our first room that started at 9:30am and we asked if we could move and they upgraded us at no charge. The construction wasn’t bad but we wanted to sleep in :) Hope we can go back again one day!

This place is a true gem in Marrakech. I have never been to a place that is even more beautiful in reality than in pictures. Super clean, the staff is super nice, the food is amazing, the location is so strategic & quiet. This is literally out of a fairy tale
