Fantastic stay - group of 7 people
Fantastic stay with a really high service level from all staffmembers. Cleaning of our Ryad was really good. Breakfast brought into our room every morning, was a good start of every day. Great food. Can recommend this place 10 out of 10 times!

Skulle ønske at det ikke var klor i bassenget. Har veldig tørr hud så dette var ikke bra. Også langt til sjø. Hyggelige personale. En del problem med kaldt vann i dusjen. Fordel for brukere av hotellet at de kan fransk. De hadde greit dårlige engelskkunnskaper.t i

Svært komfortabelt hotel. Oppleves som den rene oasen. Betjeningen høflig og veldig service innstilt. Flott SPA og treningsfaciliteter. Hotellet ligger i gangavstand til det lokale markedet (soukene). Rikholdig frokost buffet. Høye priser på øl og drinker.

Fantastic and clean hotel. We traveled as a family. Had a great time during our stay. Hotel had a Great swimming pool, hamam, beauty bar. There is a small kids club but my kids were not interested and would prefer the swimming pool. Staff were super friendly and present. The hotel is great it the city is ok. Maybe it’s somewhere you want to visit once!

年末から年始にホテルに11泊しました。旧市街、新市街の間にあり静かで観光、食事に便利です。スタッフ等も丁寧でとてもラグジュアリー感があります。 年数が経った感はありますが清潔です。 テラスに関しては季節により日差しの入り方が違うので冬場はテラスが南側を希望を出した方が良いでしょう。

Politique de réservation scandaleuse, j’ai réservé 90 jours avant, je me suis trompé sur l’arrivée, j’ai cliqué sur le 29 /12 /23 , au lieu de 30/12/23 . Je me suis aperçu de mon erreur, j’ai appelé 5 mn après ( 90 jours avant) et on m’a dit : on ne vous remboursera pas la nuit du 29/12 !!!!!!

I’m beyond disappointed in my stay with this hotel. First of all the rooms were boiling at night, we asked if we could have assistance with the AC( I assumed it wasn’t working) as it was so hot at night, we were told there is no AC in this hotel. We then asked how about a fan? The reception staff laughed and said no madam no fans and hung up. We booked treatments at the spa and were told we have to pay in cash only or no treatments. So we booked one treatment for the same day as we had the cash for that. This should have been a simple wash and blow dry. My sister attended the appointment after swimming expecting a wash and blowdry. The hairdresser proceeded to blowdry her chlorine filled dirty hair. She asked can I have my hair washed please it’s full of chlorine. To which she was told I don’t do washing and tried to carry on blow drying her hair! When at breakfast, we would sit and wait to be addressed, noticed or have our orders taken. We would see tables with 3 staff to them but ours was empty? No idea what the prejudice was here but I’ve never experienced it so. Was very disgusted by it. One night we ordered room service, the online menu in the welcome pack wasn’t working. So we went to reception to ask for a menu. They said they don’t have any. So we went back to the room called the room service option, told them and they said we only have the following. Which were limited options very limited, it wasn’t even late at night but no apologies for any inconvenience.

Not worth the high cost
We rented a ryad in a 5-star hotel which was expensive. We naturally expected luxury level accommodations. I'm sorry to say that this wasn't the case. Our ryad was due for a renovation. In terms of service the staff was friendly but sometimes things would take a long time. For example, both the light bulbs in one of the bathrooms were out and we had to ask for them to be replaced two days in a row, for it to finally get handled.

Superb hotel except for...
This is an excellent 5 star hotel in a great location very close to the centre of Marrakech. The rooms are very large and beautifully presented. The central swimming pool is great and it was a delight to stay there. However there were 2 significant issues: 1) The air conditioning was turned off for winter. The rooms were warm 23deg at night and this was too hot for comfortable sleeping. When I pay €400 a night I expect to be able to control the room temperature. 2) The noise transfer from the room above was completely unacceptable. Every foot step on the hard floor above, was heard directly below. The occupants of the room above returned each night at 1am and walked around their room for 30-60 minutes before finally going to sleep. This woke both of us up each night and in not acceptable for a hotel of this quality and price. Overall an excellent hotel that is let down by 2 serious issues. If these issues are resolved we would be delighted to return.

The ryads are a very good deal. The staff is really friendly and helpful and they really take care of their customers. Only the bar staff is very s-l-o-w. There is some visible wear-and-tear in the public spaces and rooms. Plumbing needs improvement. Nonetheless, definetely worth a recommendation.

Perfect stay
We stayed for a week and had a great time. The hotel is centrally located and very welcoming. The food was very good, if a little limited in the evening, but that didn’t matter as there were lots of places to eat. However the best thing about the hotel are the staff, who are brilliant! Very professional but also very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return

The hotel is excellent. Location is perfect walking distance from Jemaa El Fnaa. Room are spacious and very clean. Breakfast is very good with a lot of choices. The staff are very professional especially Karima at the front desk. She is very kind and very helpful. It was my birthday, she suggested to my wife to make a surprise. She decorated our room and send us a birthday cake. It was an amazing surprise. I will definitely come again to this hotel very soon. Thanks a lot to all the staff.
