EXPERIENCE the FUN and EXCITING EVENTS the Lake Chelan Valley has to offer. This home is less than 5-10 minutes to award winning wineries, restaurants, shopping, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, tubing and the lake. LOTS of Winter Openings at only $400 to $500 per night (2 night minimum). Enjoy the off-season beauty this property will provide.

For those of you who work while on vacation, internet speed is 1 Gig ps for both download and upload.

Outdoor pool temperature will be at 82 degrees by end of March 2024.

Families welcome at this well-appointed 5 bedroom 3 bath spacious lake and mountain view home with private 53 FT HEATED OUTDOOR POOL AND 10 PERSON HOT TUB. Also available for Fall, Winter and Holiday Vacations! 10 Person Hot Tub is open year round, pool opens April 1 to mid-October depending on weather. Lower level family room includes Shuffleboard Table, Pool Table, Air Hockey Table and Kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and dishwasher. Activities for all ages to enjoy.

Must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. NO Smoking/NO Pets.

This home is conveniently located within minutes of Willow Point Park with lots of lawn areas leading down to the sandy beach waterfront, Blueberry Hills, award-winning wineries, Mill Bay Boat Launch, downtown Manson restaurants, wineries, brewery, shopping, grocery stores, gas station and 12 Tribes Casino. Take the scenic drive along the lake to enjoy downtown Chelan amenities. It only takes 15 minutes or less to enjoy all the sites and entertainment that the Lake Chelan Valley has to offer from the Summit Pool House.

In addition to the spectacular lake and mountain views from most any room in the home, the MAIN LEVEL features the following:

** Fully Equipped Gourmet Kitchen with granite countertops, induction cooktop, convection oven and everything you'll need for cooking, baking or blending up your favorite beverages while enjoying the lake and mountain views. Lake View Dining Area with seating for 10 and access to the deck with one covered and one uncovered patio table with seating for 6 each plus a Gas BBQ Grill for outdoor grilling. The kitchen is overstocked to meet all your cooking needs. Regular Drip Coffee Maker and Keurig provided.

** In winter months you can cozy up to the Gas Fireplace in the Lake View Living Room with Flat Screen TV, Blue Ray DVD, CD Player and lots of comfortable furnishings.

** There are 2 BEDROOMS on the MAIN LEVEL: Lake View Primary Bedroom with King Bed, Flat Screen TV/DVD, Gas Fireplace, Over-sized Bathroom with lake view, Jacuzzi tub, separate walk-in shower, his and hers vanities, walk-in closet and access to the deck. Bedroom #2 on the main level has a Queen Bed.

** Guest Bathroom with tub/shower and double sinks.

** Laundry Room with full size washer and dryer, sink, iron and ironing board.

** 2 Car Garage with Ping Pong Table, lawn games and wheelchair ramp available for guest use. Parking available for 4 vehicles and boat/jet ski trailers.

The LOWER LEVEL features the following:

** 3 BEDROOMS: Lake View Bedroom #3 with Queen Bed; Lake View Bedroom #4 with 4 Twin Beds and Walk-In Closet; and Bedroom #5 with 2 Bunk Beds.

** Lake View Family Room with Flat Screen TV/DVD/CD, Stereo, Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, Shuffleboard Table, Game Table with a wide variety of books, games and puzzles.

** Kitchen Area with sink, microwave, drip coffee pot, Keurig, refrigerator and dishwasher.

** Full Guest Bathroom with tub/shower, double sinks and access to pool area.

** 2nd Utility Room with full size front loading washer and dryer, sink and folding table.

** Access to lake view patio, heated outdoor pool, 10 person hot tub and lawn area.

AMENITIES: 53 foot Heated Outdoor Pool with automatic cover, 10 Person Hot Tub, Shuffleboard, Pool Table, Air Hockey, Ping Pong, Lawn Games, 2 Car Garage, Upper and Lower Level Lake and Mountain View Decks, Front and Back Lawn Areas. Lots of extra parking for your lake toys. NOTE: Outdoor Pool is 3.5 feet in shallow end with gradual slope to 7 feet in the deep end. Hot Tub is OPEN year round. Outdoor Pool opens in April to Mid-October (weather permitting). Wheelchair ramp available for guest use.

10 Women celebrating friendship
This was our fourth time staying here for our annual trip. We all enjoy the layout of this house for gathering our group together. The location is close to wineries, the view is amazing and the pool and hot tub are perfect for our group. Bonnie/property management is always available by phone or text.

All Girls Weekend
We have rented this home before many years ago and it was spectacular so when we decided to rent in Manson again, we went back to this home. Great Game Room, The Pool is HUGE and was so great. Comfortable outdoor seating on the deck and by the pool. Landscape very well maintained. We couldn't be happier and we will rent this home again in the future when the opportunity arises. What you see in the Pictures is exactly what you get. Very well represented on the VRBO Site.

Good summer break
The property was great for our large family. When we ran into issues, Bonnie was extremely responsive. It was disappointing that the hot tub stopped heating on the 3rd to last day so we ended up leaving earlier than expected. The kitchen was great and we had everything we needed. I would recommend the beds be replaced as the master has a squeak, The twins are not long enough for grown adults to sleep comfortably and the upstairs guest room has a plywood support under the mattress and high makes it uncomfortable. Overall, a good stay.

What a view!
You cannot go wrong with this house! The views are incredible, the pool is huge and awesome. The house is great for multiple generations, there is something for everyone! Nice quiet area just a short distance from cute Manson. Evening walks, lots of games, and pool time that can’t be beat. Bonnie is a great communicator and this is our second and it our last, visit to this house.

Family getaway
We just returned from our stay at this stunning property and it was AMAZING. First, it was extremely clean. Second, it was exactly as described. The pool was amazing, the game room was fantastic, and the kitchen /family room area was perfect for all 10 of us. Finally, the views were stunning. If I had to make one suggestion, it would be to upgrade the mattresses and pillows. They were pretty uncomfortable. I would return here again and again.

Our stay was fabulous!! The summit pool house was even better than we thought it could be!! A well stocked kitchen, Five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a downstairs with pool tables, air hockey, and shuffleboard. Lots of games and toys for the kids. And the backyard, wow!! Jacuzzi, and a huge heated swimming pool!! Plus, the view was fantastic!! You won’t be disappointed!!

Spectacular Family Fun House!
First impression? WOW! Our stay was short, but we definitely did and used everything we could that Bonnie provided for our stay! From the limitless board games, to the pool table, to the HUGE POOL & HOTTUB, and the amazing view we enjoyed waking up to! Our family enjoyed our breakfast, lunch, and dinner especially with all the kitchen ware that was provided. Bonnie was also very detailed and communicative when we needed something as well! We enjoyed our stay very much. The house fit our needs very well and we appreciated the various amenities. Our only feedback would be the twin beds downstairs and the queen bed in the non master were not very comfortable. The mattresses sag and do not have a lot of support. We were a little surprised there was no outside heater on the patio.
