Jeg og min mann bodde her i fire uker hele okt. Hadde et fantastisk vær som gjorde sitt til at hotelloppholdet ble kjempe bra og vi kommer gjerne igjen. Hotellet ligger flott til, stille og nærme stranden med en deilig have med solstoler. Maten og renholdet var også meget bra til å være et tresjerners hotell.

Godt hotel med en god beliggenhed. Havde halvpension, og maden er overraskende god, og varieret. Havde værelse på toppen, med fantastisk havudsigt. Dog mangler der et køleskab. Personalet var meget venlige, imødekommende og hjælpsomme.

Tout ce qui est chevillé au mur est prêt à tomber (patères, étagères...) Insonorisation des chambres inexistante La nourriture est assez moyenne L’emplacement est ok et le personnel est souriant et assez serviable.

Bonjour. Est-ce vrai? Pendant son séjour, il n'a pas dit qu'il avait quelque chose de mal dans sa chambre. Nous avons une équipe d'employés de maintenance qui sont heureux de résoudre tout problème. En outre, aucun autre client ne semble avoir commenté quoi que ce soit de similaire. En tout cas, nous sommes heureux que vous ayez passé un séjour agréable et que vous reconnaissiez que notre nourriture est bonne, le personnel efficace, poli et souriant. Nous vous souhaitons tous un bel été.

Disappointed.
This was our 3rd visit but the changes did not improve the hotel. The refurbished restaurant was clinical and so noisy, the constant scraping of chairs on tiled floor. The former extra restaurant area which was a quiet haven is now the AI snack area briefly opened for the odd hour or so. We missed the outside water fountain too. In our bedroom, the balcony door and windows were in a bad state and badly needed painting. No hair drier in the bathroom is ridiculous. Also, we had no bidet. Beds were comfy and we slept well. Cleaning was not the best. The food in the restaurant was not as good as previous visits and there was less choice. Most staff were quite unfriendly. We did enjoy our holiday and spent time in Mijas and Malaga which was lovely. We probably won't return to Gardenia Park Hotel again.

We all feel sad you were disappointed about the new noisy chairs we bought but, do not worry because we have just found the solution and they are not longer noisy. About choices at the buffet we realize that you have seen that previous years we had 8 hot places on the buffet and, with the changes we have 14 hot dishes and more salads areas and a wonderful show cooking with two meats and two fish dishes, and a vegatables wok; so choices have improved a lot, as the most of our clients verify. About services in the room, it is true that we have not a dryer in room (we are not a four star), but you can have it from Reception. The cleanning in our hotel is very good and the Staff is very friendly and polite and for that reason we wish the best.

Nearly perfect
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is my 3rd one this year. Staff are wonderful caring friendly and efficient. Food was very good with plenty of variety and for the price it was very good value. Rooms are basic but clean. However a fridge and kettle would have been handy. Area is within short walking distance of bars supermarkets and shops. Bus stop to Malaga or fuengirola right outside. Very popular with English and Spanish and nearly always booked up

this hotel is ok if u get it for right price, charged us 20 euro 4 safe in room /for 6 nights (over 3 euro a night) ? room basic but with nice views ,wait 4 ever 4 lifts at meal times ,food cold and poor quality

Knappt godkännt
Hotellet känns omodernt och skulle behöva rustas upp. Maten i frukost- och middagsbuffén håller ingen högre klass. Extra barnsäng visade sig vid ankoms kosta extra i motsats till vad som stod på sidan vid bokning.

Room with a view
On arrival was given a room on the ground floor just off reception, large. Comfy room but unfortunately above a very loud disco, after complaining to the night reception staff, who where very helpful and asked us to see them in the morning upon which we where quickly moved to a room on the 8th floor same spec with fab views. Very happy with the service we received. Breakfast was very good and we would stay there again no problem.

Älkää vain ottako mitään puoli-tai kotihoitoa. 2 viikossa tökkii ruoka pahasti. Hotellissa olut (pienempi kuin kylillä) maksaa 2.80 ja siis kylillä 1-1.80 e.

Autumn sun
Decent 3 star and only about 5 minute walk from train station. Room was basic but very clean. TV had the added bonus of BBC 1, ITV plus CNN in English. Good selection of food in the restaurant. It would have been good to have a different option to paella as the rice option but can't be easy for the chef's trying to provide options for the amount of different nationalities staying at the hotel.

Fantastic Holiday
You cannot fault anything about this hotel.The staff throughout the hotel are friendly and polite.There is a good choice of food and you can have wine or water with your evening meal even if you book half board which is a very nice touch.The morning entertainment team Lola Adam and Miguel are so much fun that we looked forward to it every day.The aqua was our favourite and we still have the music and moves in our heads.Thanks to all staff,management and friends that,we met for making this holiday memorable. Fun fun fun all the way.

Great holiday.
Great holiday in very good hotel in excellent situation. Quiet respectable area with lovely prom and clean beaches. Good shopping in nearby Fuengirola. Terrific transport, bus and train very cheap. Will definitely return.

A good experience & a nice hotel
We stayed 2 weeks in August 2017 in that hotel and it was a good experience. Very clean, nice staff and good location far from noise and animation. We recommend it especially for families.

DE LO BUENO LO MEJOR
Excelente fin de semana en pareja y con amigos. La experiencia superior a nuestras expectativas. Limpieza total en todas las áreas, comodidad, buena comida, amabilidad del personal, enclave del hotel, animación en general, ambiente, etc... Sin duda volveremos. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

Bekvämt och rent hotell
Perfekt för oss med fina ytor dels i hotellet och hotellområdet. Fanns platser både solstolar och bord med stolar. Perfekt läge på hotellet nära strand området och lite i utkanten. Lätt att promenera in till city kärnan.

Ok for a short stay
When I saw my room I was very disappointed. It was very basic. When I asked to be upgraded I was told that all the rooms were the same. The bed was uncomfortable. There was no tea/coffee facilities., hairdryer, and no complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. The door to the balcony was rotting at the bottom and paint peeling off. On the plus side, the breakfast was good and there was a lot of choices. It was close to beach and train. Overall it was ok for a short stay. But you must take your own items that you would normally expect to find in an hotel as you certainly wont find them here.

We had a short 4 day stay while visiting family.
We found the hotel adequate for a 3 star, the dining room was well decorated, the food although a fair selection was usually cool. Our bedroom was comfortable and the balcony overlooked the pool which was perfect, and the big bonus was we had ITV and BBC on the telly. The entertainment in the lounge covered most tastes and was quite varied. Overall a nice stay.
