Not worth it.
Ignored us when we were checking in. No welcoming or asked if we wanted to seat for waiting. Too slow checking us in. They forgot my birthday settings in the room even when we reminded them prior the arrival 6x through email. Would not come back. Wouldn’t call this a 5 star hotel, maybe at best a 4 star hotel. Paid more than 1000 euros for 2 nights.

First stay of our honeymoon. The staff is friendly and makes sure you have everything you need. The breakfast was very good with on the spot fries eggs, omelletes and a varier selection of everything. Many vegan options. The staff were happy to organize transport to and from the hotel if needed. Reccomend to ask reseption to do this, then you get a better price. The room was nice, but the bathroom had mold in the joints of the shower and in some grouts.

The property is tired and horrendously over-priced. Food and drinks are extortionate and it’s more a 4 star at 6 star prices. Waited 3 hours and 3 phone calls asking for them to find an hdmi cable as the TVs aren’t smart ones…. Gave up in the end. Seems the hotel pockets the service charge and doesn’t pass it on to the staff which is a shame …. Tennis court is not fit for purpose and the pool was dirty with tiles falling off the surroundings.

Todo muy bien - nos han dado una super habitacion con una mega terraza. varias soluciones de comida autoctona fuera del hotel, muy practicas. magnifico el restaurante boat house al lado del hotel. hotel bien cuidado y preciosa piscina. El responsable de las excursiones de la reception podria mejorar mucho su nivel de simpatia. este fue el unico pero del hotel - pero las excursiones las compras fuera y asi has resuelto el problema

From the moment of arrival, staff were amazing and took great care to make sure guests have very best possible stay. Great breakfast buffet. Nice spa and massage options. Beach practically at doorstep. Waves are gentle and fun but make extensive swimming a challenge, suggest southwest side of island for still waters. Note that food is very expensive.

The staff really make this hotel 5 star they were incredible! The facilities are ok I wouldn’t say 5 stars however reliable. Breakfast was top but the other dining options were just ok. Overall the service really made this place and I would visit again !

Lovely place to stay, but we did book a Deluxe Ocean side view room – and there was no view of the ocean. Our room also had problems with: the fridge not working, the air-conditioning not working, the basin plugs not working, some lights not working, the TV not working and the double lock to the balcony being very, very hard to unlock [after being locked by staff every day]. All were relatively quickly resolved, but for the price paid, we shouldn't have experienced this.

In my opinion Savoy overall is beautiful! Right next to a beautiful beach where you can see and meet locals, see Mountains and walk to restaurants. After a couple of room fails (one of our rooms had a leakage), the manager was nice enough to provide an amazing upgrade, and after 2 days traveling, we were just happy to sleep in a bed! Things will happen when you travel, so I will not blame Savoy for having us check in later than 2pm, but the only complaint I will share is their restaurant prices. I walked to a local store and paid whats equivalent to 2 US dollars for their local beer, and at one of their restaurants, I paid almost $20 for this beer on Tap! The price is outrageous and its not even an imported beer. Their brunch restaurant and menu was spectacular, their staff friendly and always willing to help.

Fabulous stay on a glorious island
We had an amazing honeymoon, staying in a 'standard' double at the Savoy, which far exceeded our expectations. A walk in wardrobe with a glamorous standing bath and double sink, a king size bed and an outside seating area with twice daily room cleaning. The highlights were the food and the beach: the food at the main hotel restaurant was fantastic, with a different theme each evening and various options cooked to perfection, with impeccable service by chefs and waiting staff. The hotel has a walk directly onto a beautiful beach, stretching the west coast of the island, with a second restaurant Gecko Bar handily located with food and drinks available to order direct to sun lounger. The Gecko bar is also great to sit in, with excellent lunch and cocktail options and, again, very friendly service. The main pool at the hotel is also fantastic, with great facilities and ample sun loungers, and there is a separate spa area with a second pool and spa area for additional services. Highly recommend the hotel and general Beau Vallon area for anyone considering the Seychelles as a holiday destination!

Séjour en famille pour notre anniversaire de mariage. Accueil froid dans un hôtel propriété Russe. Erreur de chambre qui a nécessité (après insistance de notre part) un changement. Coffre fort hors service malgré 3 interventions des services techniques. TV hors service les jours de pluie. Aucune attention le jour de notre anniversaire de mariage alors qu’il était organisé avec la réception. Tarif des excursions établis à la tête du client : séjour à Mahe Praslin vendu 190€ par la réceptionniste, annoncé 180€ sur la brochure de l’hôtel et au final vendu 140€ sur la plage pour la même excursion. Clés de chambres bloquées 3 fois dans la semaine et accueillis par des soupirs de l’accueil. Compliments malgré tout pour l’équipe de cuisine et les house Keeping. Bref, un hôtel Russe, destiné à une clientèle Russe.

Personal im Hauptrestaurant oftmals denotiviert, desinteressiert und gelangweilt. Oft minutenlanges Warten auf die Servicekraft beim Frühstück. Huer gehört dringend nachgebessert. Bretter im Brreich des Pools defekt --> Verletzungsgefahr! Ansonsten sehr schöne Anlage, direkt am Strand/Meer! Zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Essen und Einkaufen in unmittelbarer Nähe!

Nous avons séjourné au SAVOY durant 14 nuits avec ma fille pour ses 18 ans. Je remercie sincèrement tout le personnel sans exception pour leur professionnalisme et leur écoute. Le personnel au complet a su apporter tout le confort et la sérénité recherchés pour nos vacances. Les lieux sont magnifiques, d'une propreté irréprochable, un service garanti tout au long de la journée et de la nuit avec des prestations à la hauteur des étoiles de l'hôtel. Un gigantesque buffet petit déjeuner qui satisfait toutes vos envies avec toutes leurs saveurs et leurs diversités qui régalent tout le monde. Merveilleuse surprise en tout point, sans aucun regret bien au contraire. Le prix est largement justifié. Piscine magnifique avec son immense jardin, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, salle de sport, plage surveillée, restaurants divers, sans parler des chambres, au top... Merci particulier à Kimberly pour son écoute qui a su répondre à ma requête, en lui souhaitant de belles choses pour sa fin de grossesse et la suite. C'était vraiment l'endroit où être sur l'Ile de Mahé. Je recommande les yeux fermés cet établissement sans aucune hésitation. Merci à tous pour ce séjour inoubliable.... Chambre 2109, 26 avril 2023.

Preis/Leistung stimmt im Savoy nicht
Check-in war tipptopp - bekamen sogar einen Zimmerupgrade. Die Zimmer sind gross und verfügen über eine super Dusche und ein bequemes Bett. Allerdings roch das Zimmer "mufflig". Eine Enttäuschung war das Frühstücksbuffet. Die Früchte lagen ungekühlt herum und waren voller Fruchtfliegen, das Brot ungeniessbar und auf der Terrasse gab es Katzen. Da liegt das Savoy meilenweit vom 5* Niveau entfernt.

Great resort with lot of content. Very pleasant around the pool area. The only thing I think that should be improved is quality of ingredients especially meat
