Shore hotel
Utrolig bra hotell. Hvis skal si noe negativt må det være frokost lokalet når det er kaldt ute. De lukker da de store glassdørene og lokalet blir litt lite

The Shore Hotel was nice and clean and very close to Santa Monica Pier. In my opinion its way over priced and on top of the high price you are charged for all kinds of extras. I do not understand the Hotel destination charge of $46 which in outta the $200 they charge your card after $485 for the room is paid. The mini bar in the rooms is way over priced to, which will also be taken out of the $200 incidental fee. Overall nice property but i will not stay here again Just due to the way over priced.

The staff was super nice, professional and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and well kept, even with the construction. wished we could've stayed longer! Will be back, definitely!

Great location, clean property, and the staff is nice. I typically stay in the Fairmont, Shutters, or Huntley. This hotel just is not as those properties.

Bad service checking in and out. Only had one attendant in both instances and wait was too long. Bad service about valet parking. Waited more than 40 minutes to get my car as was not notified to go to P1 below to pick up our car.

A nice, reasonably priced hotel in the heart of Santa Monica. Staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant closes on the early side. Late checkout is available but requires a trip to the front desk, which defeats the purpose if you’re trying to catch a few extra winks.

Nice modern room but poor view. Beautiful pool and hot tub area with accessible bar. Unfortunately most restaurants in the area closed early and I could not find a place to eat.

A quick stay
I only stayed one night . The staff was friendly. Hotel was clean . The room and bathroom are big (no carpeting) which I prefer .

Everything about this hotel was great except that the advertised, promised "heated pool" wasn't heated during our stay. The staff was consistently friendly and knowledgeable but there was no indication that the pool heating system was under repair and the front desk person we spoke to about this on our second day had had no idea that the pool was ice cold.

The property was very nicely situated. Right on Ocean Drive with Pacific views. Parking on property for a fee. The restaurant was being renovated at the time so cannot comment on it. Lots of dining options very close by. Just up the street from the Santa Monica Pier. Felt pretty safe walking around.

Great stay!
Everything was great! Will wish I could have stayed longer. I will definitely return another time. Very clean and comfortable room. Balcony small but fine for 2 chairs & table. Great shower and comfy beds. Room temp easily controlled and maintained. Front desk staff very accommodating and efficient. Short walk to the pier and beach. Shopping within a couple of blocks. Lots of restaurants close by. I always felt very safe walking. There are homeless in the area but that’s common in any city. I never felt intimidated.
