Veldig god og sentral beliggenhet når man skal oppleve mest mulig av London på et par dager. Rommet hadde alt man trengte, gode senger og puter. Rent og pent. Ville bodd her igjen. Hadde rom i kjelleren uten vindu, det var helt greit for et par netter når man kun skulle sove der.

Impressed with the hotel in general. The room that we had was on the small side but we could have taken a room with a kitchenette. Very clean and tidy. It is a digital reception which has personell until 2300. Very good location on the Strand and handy for Covent Garden etc.

Rommet vårt var veldig lite, plassert i sjette etasje. Trodde det skulle være minikjøkken, men hadde sikkert misforstått. Var kun vannkoker og kaffemaskin, som var plassert i et lite og upraktisk skap. Et pittelite kjøleskap sto også i det skapet, det hadde ikke plass til en flaske brus en gang, det burde byttes ut med et større fastmontert kjøleskap. Vasken var plassert inne på rommet, men det fungerte greit. Ingen renhold inkludert, det visste vi om. På pluss-siden; grei innsjekk og utsjekk, rent på rommet da vi kom, god og moderne design generelt på det vi så av hotellet, god dusj med glassdør, bra sengklær og håndklær, god vindusskjerming. God beliggenhet nær Charing cross og Embankment.

Flott beliggenhet
Flott beliggenhet rett ved convert garden, mange spisesteder og nært chinatown. Gåavstand til Oxford Street. Rommet var veldig fint, med lite tekjøkken. Smart TV og god seng, eneste var at det er veldig kaldt på badegulvet og ingen søppltømming daglig. Var der i 6 netter så ble litt støvete og skittent siden de ikke vasker hvis man ikke blir over en uke, men var en uansett liten perle til den prisen, i det området. Så bor der gjerne igjen.

First time staying at a Wilde property and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was spotless and had great amenities, even if the lighting/blinds etc took a bit of working out (even as a tech-savvy millennial!). My only disappointment is that when booking a twin room, the two single beds were pushed together so it still felt like a double - this may just have been the room we stayed in though. It also meant to access the farthest bed you had to climb up onto the raised platform that the beds were on, or climb across the other bed - fine for me, but not so much for my 70 year old Mum! Great location for visiting the theatre, close to Covent Garden and easy access to everything you need. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The staff were very friendly and attentive. It was a bit of a surprise on how small the unit was. It was hard to have two people in the unit but the stay was very good overall. The street where the property is located is very quiet and clean but if you walk to the corner of the main street it is very dirty and not always safe in the evening.

Amazing Location - Cozy but Comfortable
Amazing location - less than a 5 minute walk to three tube stations. The rooms are on the smaller side but totally fine for a couple. We really enjoyed our experience and will plan to stay again next time we plan to see a show on the west end

Great location + feel to apartment, small flaws
Overall lovely apartment, although slightly worn down in some areas - shampoo dispenser not working, only a tiny tiny bottle of conditioner given as standard for multi-night stay for 2 people (have to request for more), shower plug loose in the shower. Lovely feel to the building and lovely check in service. Unfortunately we requested for late check out in advance (paid) but still awoken by multiple times knocking on door from 11:05am so was unable to get the sleep we wanted from the late check out. Great location as expected.

This was the worst hotel experience ever!!! 350. A night and I would need to pay another 16.00 a night to clean my room? Booked 3 months in advance never told until the day before so I could pay for upgrades. They should be ashamed!! Bait and switch!!! The room so tiny had to crawl over a sleep up person to use the rest room. Reception should tell people they need to use there key card in the elevator. We took a ride up and down and also through our four days had to tell four other groups!! And I have stayed in many hotels all over the world in other apartments hotel. Never had such a horrible experience. Last but not least 2 people for for days I get four coffees. Should we share? Asked for more gave me two had to tell to get what was needed.

Small but perfectly formed. Great welcome on arrival, easy check in, clean and functional room. Being underground with no window wasn’t as bad as I expected. Would thoroughly recommend and good value

Terrible place, first and last time
Terrible place. Probably because I got a cheaper room (only available) they put me in the basement with no windows. It was hard to find the way back to reception which led me to an under construction stairway. If you are planning to stay here to be able to walk around the city, make sure to plan well since the elevators are occupied all day by cleaning staff. Morning, afternoon, night, doesn’t matter. I spent almost 25 minutes waiting for an elevator at one point since the staff was cleaning in the morning.

This was a great location. The room was very small. The staff was excellent. Did I mention the room was tiny? The facility was very clean. Did I tell you the room was tiny?? When the laundry service lost my travel pillowcase the staff tried to find a new one but could not. Did I mention how small the room was? Overall I would definitely stay here again. Just know the room is minuscule for Americans. The location and staff make up for the size of the room.

Much smaller room than expected, also there was hair in the bed so we had them to change the sheets (still hair in bed even after changing sheets! But at that point we just dealt with it…) the hallway and elevator smelled extremely musty at times like bad body odor! Definitely wouldn’t stay here again… only positive is the location.
